Chemistry is a subject which is based on the experiments,the chemical experiment can stimulate students' interest in learning,help students understand chemical concepts and principles and cultivate students' innovation ability.Therefore,the experiment has an important position which can't replace in chemistry teaching.But in teaching practice,the author found some problems such as complicated experiment devices,complicated operations,unobvious experiment phenomenon,pollution which caused by the product.It is inconsistent with STSE theory advocated by science,technology and the concept of social and environmental coordinated development.In order to give full play to the role of experiment in chemistry teaching,achieve the aim of STSE theory,the author chose the high school chemistry experiment based on the STSE theory as the subject.The author is based on the STSE theory and the current phenomenon in high school chemistry experiment to sum up the scientific principle,objective principle,security principle,the principle of green pollution-free.Through refering to the literature,the author makes the improvement on the thermite reaction,the preparation and properties of Cl2 experiments,preparation and properties of SO2 experiment,the preparation and properties of acetylene was improved based on four principles.After the improved experiment the author found the reagent is fewer,the cost is low,the experiment steps are simple,experiment phenomenon is easy to observe,the success of experiment rate is high and no pollution to the environment.These improved experiments are more scientific in the textbooks.The improved expriments can remove the teachers' consideration when doing the poisonous and harmful ones,the teachers can carry out classroom teaching better,at the same time also can increase the students interest in learning of chemical experiment.The author hopes that can help the teachers focus on and understand STSE theory,encourage teachers more diversified innovation experiment techniques,actively take advantage of new curriculum resources,complete the teaching goals better,improve the classroom effect of experiment teaching,cultivate students' innovative thinking and exploring ability so as to improve the students' scientific literacy.
