With the development of teachers' professional,teachers' professional ethics has become an important part of teachers' professional development,is also an important part to measure the teachers' education and teaching activities.At present,the critical language which do not conform to the requirements of the teachers' professional ethics appears in elementary schoolyards frequently,not only make students get damage greatly,also make the good relationship between teachers and students,noble teachers' professional image and the social atmosphere of respect the teachers and attach great important to education from damage.Therefore,the masses of educators and the social people from all walks of life should pay attention to the teachers' critical language,only the multilateral efforts can avoid the critical language which do not conform to the requirements of the teachers' professional ethics emergence,make the students physical and mental health development.For that reason,this study select the love,respect,fairness,democracy and trust these five dimensions,300 students and 50 teachers from four primary schools in Liaoning province participate in the questionnaire survey.At the same time,interview with 10 students,10 teachers and 5 parents,combining with the author's observation to acquire the situation of the teachers' critical language under the teachers' professional ethics angle of view,find out the problems and the reasons which aspects exist in the teachers' critical language and put forward strategies to solve the problems.Through the analysis of the teachers' critical language situation under the teachers' professional ethics angle of view,the author found that elementary school teachers' critical language exist the following problems: The first,the teachers' critical language short of respect for the students.The second,the teachers' critical language exist in serious unfair.The third,there is a big deviation between the teachers' cognition and behavior in their critical language.The fourth,the critical languagewhich do not conform to the requirements of the teachers' professional ethics is more damage to students.The fifth,some teachers ignore students' problems deliberately and lack of care for students.Through the analysis of the teachers' critical language situation and the problems of the teachers' critical langage under the teachers' professional ethics angle of view,summing up the reasons that elementary school teachers' problems of the critical language include the following aspects: There are serious problems on teachers' educational concepts under the influence of traditional culture and the exam-oriented education;There is a deviation value on some teachers and part of the teachers lack of professional ethics self-discipline;Teachers' professional ethics education exist problems,professional ethics training ineffective;Professional ethics construction is weak,lack of institutional constraints and security on teachers' ethical behavior.According to the reasons that the problems on teachers' critical language under the teacher's professional ethics angle of view and put forward the following improvement strategies: The first,teachers should update educational concepts,set up correct view of the relationship between teachers and students and students development concept.The second,teachers should enhance the consciousness of professional development and strengthen the consciousness of professional ethics.The third,attach great importance to teachers' professional ethics education,improve the professional ethics education training system.The fourth,formulate applicable specification on teachers' professional ethics and perfect the security system of professional ethics.The fifth,create cultural environment of campus' accord with the standard of ethics,construct a social atmosphere that respect for teachers and attach great importance to the education.
