Primary and middle school teachers indirectly participate in the material and spiritual construction of the entire society through the transfer of knowledge and skills,and play an indispensable role.Talent training is inseparable from the education of school teachers.Whether it can educate people for the party and the country,the professional ethics of teachers play a decisive role.Over the years,under the care of the party and state leaders,the overall professional ethics of the primary and secondary school teachers in our country have been in a good state,and a large number of models of teaching and educating have emerged.The most representative is president Zhang Guimei,who has resolutely rooted in the poor mountainous areas of Yunnan for decades in order to change the future and destiny of children in poor areas.Her deeds have moved people to tears.On the whole,the professional ethics of primary and secondary school teachers in China is still recognized by the people,but a small number of teachers have poor professional ethics,beating and scolding students and unfair punishment from time to time,which seriously affects the good image of people's teachers and endangers the development of China's education.The development of education is closely linked to the future and destiny of the Chinese nation.Teachers with noble morals can take the initiative to strengthen their sense of responsibility,constantly improve their teaching and educating skills,and consciously become the talents needed by the party and the people,keep the advanced nature and purity,and make greater contributions to the country in the new era.Therefore,it is of far-reaching significance to improve the professional ethics literacy of primary and secondary school teachers and enhance their consciousness of practicing teachers' ethics.This article starts with the connotation of teacher professional ethics,analyzes the ethical characteristics of teacher professional ethics,the relationship between teacher morality and teacher happiness,and further demonstrates the importance of good teacher professional ethics to students,teachers and society.Good teacher professional ethics is one of the necessary professional qualities for teachers in primary and secondary schools to be competent in their work.At present,due to a series of reasons,teachers in elementary and middle schools have problems of moral anomie in teaching,teacher-student relationship and teacher happiness,which has led to the frequent occurrence of incidents that violate the bottom line of teacher professional ethics.In order to build a team of high-quality elementary and middle school teachers,promote the healthy and orderly development of my country's education and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,first of all,we must strive to improve the teaching ethics of teachers in elementary and secondary schools.Develop teachers' moral sensitivity,help teachers explore the moral meaning of teaching;collaborate to enrich teachers' moral knowledge,and improve teachers' ability to solve teaching ethical problems in the community;Strive to improve teachers' ability to use teaching discipline,promote teachers to uphold justice and realize the goodness of discipline;Strengthen the communication between students' parents and teachers,eliminate the interference factors of teachers' punishment,and make the punishment more in line with the requirements of teaching ethics.Secondly,we should strive to improve the moral quality of primary and secondary school teachers in dealing with the relationship between teachers and students.In terms of teachers' moral responsibility and teacher-student relationship,teachers should strive to be fair,upright and teach without discrimination;Respect students and teach students according to their aptitude;Teach by example and example.In terms of teachers' emotional civilization and the relationship between teachers and students,teachers should strive to be true and good,rich and beautiful.Finally,we should strive to achieve the happiness of primary and secondary school teachers.Adhere to teachers' educational beliefs and realize teachers' happiness in the realization of life value;Take teachers' happiness as the guide,improve teachers' moral cultivation,fully ensure the subjectivity of teachers' happiness and realize teachers' happiness;Generate educational wisdom,grow together in the interaction,sharing and symbiosis between teachers and students,and feel the happiness of teachers;Teachers should be brave,face all kinds of difficulties on the way of teaching,and feel the unique happiness of teachers in successful educational practice.
