Study On The Vulnerability Of Community And Social Work Intervention Pastoral Areas

The pasturing area of Inner Mongolia has its particularity of natural environment,economy development,national culture,and social life.This paper is based on the development situation of the pasturing area of Inner Mongolia,this study takes Geriletuyagacha in Siziwangqi,Inner Mongolia as an example,to interview 46 pastoralists,to get to know the basic situation of the pastoral community,history,culture,policy implementation,and the production and living conditions of herders.This paper analyzes the fragility of pastoral community presented in all kinds of ecology,economy,social relation and traditional culture based on the example of Geriletuyagacha in Sizjwangqi,Inner Mongolia,and uses the three-stage theory of national social work,based on the views of development and culture,start from the problem of fragility,to have study intervened by social work.Through the research of this paper,it first gets to know the general situation of pastoral areas in Inner Mongolia.Then,it uses the literature research method and field research method collected the data,and analyzed the status quo of the vulnerability of the community.The ecological environment of Gacha is going to deteriorate,the economic development of the pastoral area is relatively slow,the relationship between the herdsmen’s social relations are from corporating to compete,and there are some changes of the traditional culture of pastoral areas.Then,analyzes the cause of fragility of the pastoral community,the natural reason is that the Geriletuyagacha is located in the south of the Siziwangqi,which is a typical desert grassland,the climate type is temperate continental monsoon climate.Social causes include the implementation of environmental protection policies,marketization,population migration and mobility.In the end,I hope to analyze the possibility of social work involved in pastoral areas in order to solve the problems of pastoral communities in the pastoral areas,and to provide ideas for solving the practical problems faced by herders and to promote the development of pastoral areas;and I hope to through the possibility study of social work intervened pastoral areas to promote the development of national social work and enrich the content of social work localization.
