A Study On Community Construction In New Kind Of Pastoral Areas From The Perspective Of Social Work

The equalization of social work is an inevitable trend in the process of the urban-rural integration in China.The continuous development of the regional economy and the society of ethnic minorities in the border areas require new service concepts and the construction of the human culture.The intervention of social work in pastoral areas can not only promote the overall development of economy,culture and society in new kind of pastoral areas,but also promote the sense of belonging,happiness,identity,self-confidence and acquisition of farmers and herdsmen.It is the symbol of the modernization of the public service system in pastoral areas.With the effective implementation of the construction of new kind of pastoral areas in the new socialist countryside and the overall establishment of a well-off society,the government has accelerated the construction of new kind of pastoral areas year by year.The continuous improvement of hardware facilities such as transportation,communications,housing,drinking water,industry and mechanization in Sum Town and Gacha area has made remarkable changes in the quality of life of the residents in pastoral areas.However,in the construction of new kind of pastoral areas,the construction of the grass-roots public service system is still lagging behind,the social work in new kind of pastoral areas is still blank,and the traditional mode of community work management service cannot meet the needs of the development of the new kind of pastoral areas.Inadequate and unbalanced currently situation has become a challenge to the social development in the new kind of pastoral areas.The construction of public service system in pastoral areas needs the intervention of the professional social work and the service of the national social workers.In order to prove this point,the author takes Qog-uul Sum community in Xilinhot as an example.From the perspective of the social work,the author carried out long-term field investigation,analyzed the current situation and existing problems of Sum and Gacha,communities and the professional social work services is carried out in Qog-uul Sum community,With the feasible and perfect countermeasures are put forward at the same time.This paper is based on the introduction,the three chapters of the Theme,the conclusion,the references and appendices,Therein to,the introduction includes the background and significance of the selecting topic,the domestic and the foreign research review,the research methods and the research difficulties.In Chapter 1,it mainly introduces the development of Qog-uul Sum and Gacha communities in Xilinhot city,and analyzes the problems facing the development of the pastoral communities.Then it analyzes and introduces the overall situation of Sum town and Gacha area,the formation of the mixed farming and the pastoral communities,and the new changes under the background of the community construction in new kind of pastoral areas.At the same time,from the perspective of the social work,this paper expounds the social problems faced by the residents of Qog-uul Sum and Gacha communities.In view of the social problems faced by the community residents of Qog-uul Sum and Gacha in Xilinhot,the author took the time clue as the guide of social work and take case work intervention through the concept of social work service and professional technology.For the vulnerable groups in the Sum,community and the community work services are carried out to the community for all Sum,Gacha community,and then the social work practice intervention are taking the assessment,the summary and the professional reflection.To improve the community construction of new pastoral area of Qog-uul Sum,the author puts forward the author's viewpoints and the feasible countermeasures from three levels in Chapter 3 which are the macroscopic,the meso,and the micro,aiming at the concrete problem solving as the starting point.The conclusion,is that,starting from the community construction of the whole new kind of pastoral area in Xilinhot region,and then it emphasizes the necessity and significance of the social work intervention again with an objectively analysis of,the deficiency of this paper.
