Involvement Of Social Work In Community Cultural Construction In Pastoral Areas

The pastoral community is a new type of community which has both common characteristics and many differences with rural communities and urban communities.Cultural construction is one of the core elements of community construction.This paper selects H County B Township S community in Hulunbuir City as the research object,through field investigation,questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews,the problems in the cultural construction of S community are carefully analyzed.On the basis of summarizing the existing problems,using the social work group intervention method four groups of intervention work were carried out and corresponding results were achieved.This paper is composed of introduction,three chapters,conclusion,reference and appendix.Introduction is composed of research overview,topic selection,research methods,theoretical basis,term explanation and so on.In In the first chapter,on the premise of expounding the basic situation of the H County B Township S community in Hulunbuir City and the historical origin of the traditional culture of S community,the existing problems in the construction of S community culture are investigated in detail,and the reasons for the existence of the problems are analyzed.The second chapter focuses on the problems existing in the community culture construction of H County B Township S community in Hulunbuir City,and using the intervention method of social working group work,four different types of group work have been carried out through the determination of the work goal,work purpose and work plan of the group.The third chapter,aiming at the problems existing in the cultural construction of the S community,carried out the four groups work,evaluated the team members and social workers,summed up the achievements made in the work group,and reflected the existing problems.The conclusion,on the basis of the summarizing of the content of the paper,according to the investigation of the S community culture construction and the actual situation of the work group carried out,the author puts forward the thinking of community cultural construction in the pastoral areas.With the improvement of the people's cultural consciousness and the degree of cultural confidence,the strengthening of cultural construction is of great significance to the construction of the community and even to the construction of the spiritual civilization of the country and the region.
