| Whether before or after the game, athletes stretching behavior can be seen everywhere. In a variety of stretching methods, static stretching is one of the more common way of stretching. On the one hand, the previous study of static stretching mainly focused on its impact on the athlete’s physical indicators, the results are different. On the other hand, previous laboratory tests used continuous testing to explore the effects of static stretching on the index, and did not take into account the test itself is also a stimulus, may cause interference to the results.Purpose: The aim of this study was to try to find out whether there were differences and reasons between continuous testing and separate testing by static stretching of the lower limbs of the subjects and testing the explosive force, maximum strength and flexibility. Methods: A total of 13 undergraduates were enrolled in this study, and the SPSS23.0 statistical software was used to analyze the maximum strength, flexibility and flexibility of the lower extremities of the subjects under the two test methods.Explosive force for statistical analysis. Results:The maximal strength test of the lower extremity showed that the difference between the different test regimens and the different time points was 0.156(P> 0.05).The significant test scores were 0.194(P> 0.05)at 5min,10 min and 15 min,0.007(P <0.05)and 0.006(P <0.05).(P <0.05),0.027(P <0.05),and the difference was significant(P <0.05),and the difference was significant(P <0.05),and the difference between the two groups was P <0.05)and 0.018(P <0.05).(P> 0.05).There were significant differences between the different test regimens and the different time points(0.901,P <0.05),and the difference between the two groups was 0.370(P> 0.05),0.572(P <0.05)> 0.05)and 0.453(P> 0.05).Conclusion: 1.To study the effect of static stretching on the maximal force test of lower extremities, the maximum force value is not affected by the pre-test test within 5 minutes. In 10-15 minutes, the pre-test test has a significant effect on the maximum force value.2.In the study of the effect of static stretching on the lower limb flexibility test, the pre-test test has a significant effect on the flexibility values within 5 minutes,10 minutes, and 15 minutes.3.To study the impact of static stretching on the test of lower limb explosive force, within 5 minutes,10 minutes and 15 minutes, the test test itself has no significant impact on the explosive value. |
