With the continuous strengthening of our country’s national strength,the sports industry is developing vigorously,and the training level of athletes is constantly improving.In recent years,sailing has also made great progress.However,compared with advanced countries,China’s sailing movement due to the late start time,coupled with a certain impact on the development process,resulting in the current level of exercise is not high.Sailing is a sport that consumes a lot of physical energy.Physical fitness plays a very important role in all training stages.The level of physical fitness will have an important impact on the development of athletes ’technical level.The sailing competition is a course around the standard under the influence of a certain amount of wind.A racing athlete will experience the stages of downwind,headwind and transverse wind.The venue and environment of the game are complex and changeable.The sea waves and currents are changing,and the wind and wind direction are changing at all times.The cycle of the game is very long.Therefore,sailing is a sport with a high technical content,a continuous high standard of physical fitness and a complex competition environment.In the college sailing team,athletes are young,immature in technical movements,and deviation in physical fitness foundation.They need comprehensive physical training.Comprehensive physical training should not only choose comprehensive,but also consider the special characteristics.In the whole training process,the initial physical training is very important.It complements and affects each other with technical training.It has far-reaching and important significance for tapping the athlete’s sports potential.The article has carried on 10 weeks lower extremity special strength training to the sailing athlete of Qingdao Yuan Yang Vocational College,and has carried on the research and analysis to various training means.The research methods used in this paper include literature data method,interview method,questionnaire method,experimental method,comparative analysis method,mathematical statistics method and logical analysis method.The training method uses communication,field visits,and team research with the Qingdao Water Sports Center and various university sailing coaches,and the special lower limb training mainly focuses on the practice methods of special technical movements to formulate 20 training methods.According to the actual training plan and time of the college,seven items were selected as experimental training methods.Four of the nine experimental evaluation training methods were selected as experimental evaluation methods.The experimental method was used to randomly group the 20 athletes of the sailing fleet of Qingdao Ocean Vocational College by drawing lots,and they were divided into experimental group and control group.Prior to the experiment,the lower extremity strength of the 20 athletes was significantly analyzed.The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups.In the special technical training,the two groups of players still use the original training methods.However,the experimental group and the contrast group used different methods of training for 10 weeks in lower extremity strength training.After 10 weeks,the lower extremity strength of the two groups of athletes was tested,and the obtained data was analyzed to provide reference for the next stage of lower extremity training.Conclusion:The lower extremity strength of sailing athletes is mainly characterized by their stability and sensitivity.The first force point of the lower extremity force of the sailing athlete mainly extends upwards from the quadriceps,and the posterior side mainly extends downward from the gluteus major muscle,mainly to the stability ability,and strengthens the leg strength endurance.Excellent lower extremity strength can enable athletes to stand firm in unstable carriers and play technical actions,mainly with large muscle groups as the core.Sensitivity is assisted by more technical movements such as walking and over-sail in the hull.Small muscle group training is particularly important,especially calf muscle group training.Through the comparative experiment,it was found that the lower extremity strength of the college student sailing athletes was improved by using a variety of training methods.These trainings are closer to the sailing force and the waist movement,which is conducive to the athletes to maintain the stability of the movement in the hull operation.The use of traditional lower extremity strength training is also conducive to the improvement of lower extremity strength of athletes,but compared with the new diversified training methods,the training load form and the increase in speed are still different.In the questionnaire survey,we found that in the minds of some sailing coaches,the concept of special strength training for the lower extremities is relatively vague,and more traditional methods of lower extremity strength training are used to confuse general lower extremity strength training with special lower extremity strength methods.This make many college sailing athletes lower limb strength is insufficient,leading to poor training results. |
