| Study Objective: This study analyzed the effects of PNF stretching exercises and static stretching exercises on the mobile ability of middle school volleyball players,so as to explore and study the development and application of stretching exercises in middle school volleyball teaching and training.Research methods: In this study,24 exceptional volleyball athletes from Beijing 101 Middle School were selected as the experimental subjects.The study was carried out by using the methods of literature,expert interview,experiment and mathematical statistics.The experimental subjects were randomly assigned to the PNF group,static stretching group and control group,with 8 players in each group.PNF tensile training and static tensile training were respectively applied to PNF group and static tensile training.Homogeneity test was carried out before the experiment to measure the experiment without difference.The selected indicators were front and rear seated flexion,range of motion(ROM),30 m sprint(s),Pro test(s),T-word test(s),36 m movement(s)and other indicators.8 weeks later,the test was conducted again to compare the difference before and after the experiment.Results:(1)After 8 weeks of PNF exercises and static stretching exercises,the sitting forward flexion scores of middle school volleyball players increased by 26.80% compared with before the experiment,and the static stretching group’s sitting forward flexion scores increased by 12.26%.From this data,it can be seen that both PNF stretching and static stretching have obvious effects on improving the performance of seated flexion,and the practice effect of PNF stretching is better than that of static stretching.(2)After 8 weeks of PNF exercises and static stretching exercises,joint range of motion(ROM)was tested for middle school volleyball players.The results showed that both PNF stretching and static stretching had significant effects on the increase of hip range of motion(ROM),but the improvement effect of PNF stretching was significantly better than static stretching;PNF exercises and stretching exercises did not significantly improve the range of motion(ROM)of knee joint.The effect of PNF stretching on the improvement of ankle toe flexion and ankle dorsiflexion was significantly better than that of static stretching.(3)After 8 weeks of PNF practice and static stretching practice,in the30-meter sprint(s),Pro test(s),T test(s)and other indicators reflecting general mobility,the PNF practice group increased significantly than static stretching.The results of half meter and 36 meter movement test show that the increase of PNF stretch is significantly higher than that of static stretch Conclusion: Compared with static stretching and PNF stretching,PNF has more obvious stretching effect on middle school volleyball players and more significant influence on mobility. |
