Research On The Teaching Effectiveness Of Glute Activation About Shot Put For College Students

Adding the practice of glute activation in the shot put lesson.Activating the deep and shallow gluteal muscle and maintainning stability of the spine,pelvis and good posture.At the same time to coordinate the onset of movements of upper limb and lower limb,and then optimizing the energy transmission efficiency of the upper limb chain and the lower limb chain.Increasing the distance of the back slide and throw and improving the teaching effectiveness about shot put for college students.There are nineteen college students as experimental subjects in the third class and the fourth class of Beijing Sport University Institute of Education.Subjects are randomly divided into experimental group(N=10)and control group(N=9).Interviewing nine experts about the load of glute activation and the evaluation index,and then sorting out the reference materials;Analyzing and obtaining the distance of the back slide.Before and after the experiment,All the data are analysed by Independent-Sample T Test and Pared-Samples T Test,making the following conclusions:1.Glute Activation can activate the deep and shallow gluteal muscle and maintainning stability of the spine,maintainning good posture.2.Glute Activation dynamically stretches gluteal muscle,imitating the extension of hip joint in the back slide,improving integrating degree with special movement,being easy to study technology.3.Activating glute can improve the control of neuromuscular and the ability of balance,coordination and agility.and avoiding misitakes.4.Activating glute can cooperate upper and lower limb power chain,efficiently integrating the whole body's movements,improving the distance of the shot put and the back slide.
