The shot is a heavy equipment many athletics project items,the shot put movement can be enhanced to enhance people’s constitution,as well as the development of the trunk and upper and lower extremity strength has a very good effect.Although the technical action of throwing shot put is relatively simple,but it is particularly difficult to hold a hand,if you want to achieve athletic performance good,you must request athletes will be more than enough large enough force in the shot above,which shot get great acceleration,so,this requirement is for athletes athletes must have very great power,at the same time also requests the athlete to complete the perfect shot.In action,put the shoot farther as far as possible.Therefore,only to find a more reasonable and effective shotputting action,this will further accelerate the improvement of shot shot putter and continuously improve the movement of shot record.According to the kinematics principle of the main influencing factors of throwing shot,shot flight range: shot height,shot angle and shot speed.Then the technical characteristics of shot athletes such as sliding speed and sliding distance will also affect the final result,through comparative analysis of the athletes and the sliding distance and sliding speed to complete the shot technique the athletes in different phases of the proportion of time can also draw a conclusion,throwing the key part of the shot is the last hard part,through the analysis of the final stage of different athletes body link characteristics can be obtained each shot last effort.At each joint of the athletes body shot put in the process of angle change between the body weight and shot speed is also worthy of study,complete technology of shot athletes will have different places,through the complete technical analysis of the data parameters of the athletes get a shot of their characteristics.The image data in the study take the high-speed camera to throw the whole process of getting shot five athletes of Tsinghua University,the technical characteristics of the five athletes in their analysis and compare the diagnosis description is very comprehensive and sufficient,adopted the method of literature,expert interviews and other research methods and statistical methods.And carefully through the analysis of image data of high speed camera shooting,obtained some influence factors of shotputting far,can provide a theoretical reference for China’s juvenile shot putters after throwing training and training of reserve talents in China.Through the study,the following conclusions are drawn:1,Tsinghua high school athletes shot throwing good sliding action quickly,technology convergence,higher levels of shot velocity,shot height and angle with throwing technique principle;2,In different phases of Tsinghua University five athletes relative time proportion: the longest,shortest,a proportion slightly longer.The relationship between five and the overall technology relatively fast pace.But in the shot put the ring within a longer time,the speed of complete throwing technique than slow rhythm;3,Tsinghua high school five athletes in the slide stage,transition stage and final stage of relative time proportion: the most long,short,a proportion slightly longer,in line with the principle of throwing technique.Five overall technology relatively fast pace,but in a long time by throwing circle,speed and rhythm of complete throwing technology slow;4,In the course of the five shot put athletes in Tsinghua high school,the change of the angle of the joints on the right side of the body affects the distance of the shot put,and there is not enough of the right leg to stretch,and the throwing arm is not enough.
