Research On The Integration Of Normal And Engineering Of Information Technology Specialty In Normal Universities

Information technology(IT),represented by computer technology and software engineering,is a college course which is in the most widely distribution among the universities in China,and it has been a consensus that the structural contradiction occurred in the area of personnel training and employment.With the development of economic society,the normal universities have the necessary on cultivating more engineers for industry beside the responsibility of training teachers in IT field.General normal colleges are relative insufficiency at the experiments and capabilities on engineering with their traditions in normal education,thus,there is a common challenge that how they cultivate the IT specialists with the advantages of the universities in the process of majors' construction.According to the requirements of engineering education's certification,the research content is mainly about transforming engineering quality and competence from the characteristic advantages what is the normal education of competency,teaching skills,cooperation,etc,implementing efficient integration of teaching and IT engineering and display normal educators' superiority in talent cultivation.Firstly,based on a large amount of researches,this study is aim at researching to build a training mode for IT specialist established environment,condition and foundation of the normal universities by resolving the achievements of preliminary work what is the integration of normalization and engineering,and the content involve in the cultivation of advanced engineering talents,academic and educational,certification assessment,etc.Secondly,by using discussion and questionnaire,analyze the necessary and feasibility of normalization and engineering from the angle of cultivation,employment and certification.Finally,with the practice of IT education,take computer science as an example to present a education program which shows the feature of integration,besides,build the class groups of professional and engineering quality for practice the integration of engineering and teaching and carrying it out in education level by the case of Research Method of Information Technology.This issue declare that it could promote efficiently the integration of normalization and engineering in normal college including the measures of talent cultivation,the examples of class groups and the process of practice in specific courses,and provide references about talent cultivation of normal universities.
