Junior high school students are at a crucial stage of adolescent growth and development,not only to face great changes in their physiological and psychological and environment,but also suffer from family,school,social and other aspects of the pressure,which requires young people have a strong physique and good psychological quality.Carry out play a role in the process of sports activities in the junior high school students' extracurricular,according to the research results and put forward the corresponding development of extracurricular sports activities as an important part of school sports,is a complement to physical education,for junior high school students' healthy development plays an important role in promoting the.In this study,20 junior middle schools in four districts in the city of Dalian students as the research object,using literature data,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and other research methods for statistical analysis of survey data,to find the mother,father,teachers and students of four kinds of support countermeasure.The results show that:(1)parents and students three class support object on students' PE learning emotional support is support,father and mother support the largest,followed by the students,the teacher's degree of support of the weakest;(2)the mother stresses on the emotion,father focused on behavior,students support the broader coverage,the teacher on students' PE learning skills to support large,other aspects of the weak;(3)the parents of students with outstanding support,students more than parents,ranked first,the lowest level of teacher accompanying support;(4)the father mother for students studying sports teacher must certainly the highest,the students have been in a weak position;(5)close a higher degree of parents on students' PE learning of the students,the intimacy between the more prominent,intimacy performance of teachers and students.Worse.On the basis of reasonable suggestions:(1)the teacher should set up "good teachers and helpful friends" image,actively communicate with students,understand students' thoughts,identify the "starting point",to give students enough emotional support;(2)the teacher should take the corresponding measures and methods,give full play to the positive influence between the students,and enlarge it,and actively guide students,a positive energy sports learning form;(3)parents should take students' Physical Education Learning unconditional support attitude,teachers should actively adjust the relationship with students,strengthen exchanges and communication,take the initiative to understand the students' thoughts,and give the support of action;(4)in the sports learning process,the teacher should take "more encouragement and less criticism,more positive and less negative way,strengthen the cultivation of students'self-confidence,establish The relationship between teachers and students;(5)teachers should strengthen the ideological education of students,encourage students to establish positive and upward classmates,help each other,influence each other,and promote the development of students' PE learning process.
