Physical education learning evaluation is just an evaluation of students in learningprocess. It is also an important part of physical education learning, it not only has activeinfluence on students’ interest in, but also plays an important role in the mechanism of thehealthy development of the school physical education teaching, therefore, Physical educationlearning evaluation is an important research topic in the current and subsequent school sportsworkers. Large numbers of documents are used in this paper and based on the use ofquestionnaires, methods of mathematical statistics, logical analysis, and four downtownDalian Port Arthur area of1,000middle school students and75physical education teachersfor the study of Dalian City status of junior high school physical education learning studyevaluation.The content of this research can be divided into two parts which are as follows: Firstly,the content of the learning evaluation of physical education. It also contains the learningattitude of students, knowledge and skills of sports, physical fitness, affective expression andspirit of cooperation and health behavior five parts; secondly, the way of physical educationlearning evaluation. The way of evaluation should base on perspectives just as the evaluationmain body, the nature of the evaluation, perspective, evaluation criteria, evaluation function.In addition, from the two aspects of teachers and students learning evaluation of physicaleducation’s status, function and evaluation of learning attitude towards sports are studied.The results show that:(1)More than80%of the students in Dalian City junior high schoolstudents like physical education and sports scores.(2)Dalian urban middle school studentsthink that sports class performance(71.9%),physical education class attendance(69.0%)is an important content of evaluation of learning sports attitude.(3)Dalian city has respectivelyconsidered mastery and application situation of sports skill set and in sports technique andtactics to master and use knowledge and skills necessary to become the motion evaluationcontent79.5%and62.3%junior middle school students.(4)Dalian City71.7%junior highschool students that can have a great impact on the performance of sports,75%of the studentsthink that it is necessary to develop physical fitness.(5)Recognition of the extent of the motionbehavior evaluation index, with a partner to complete the learning task performance, abide bythe rules of the activity in the sports performance, represented in sports activities will studyand recognition of quality as follows:77.5%,73.1%,69.4%.(6)77.3%of Dalian City juniorhigh school students think that following the schedule habits necessary to become the primarycontent of physical health behavior evaluation.(7)In the evaluation mode,58.8%of thestudents agree with the multiple evaluation subjects participate in;66.8%of the students agreewith the qualitative evaluation and quantitative evaluation method combining;64%of the students agree with summative evaluation and formative evaluation, combining the evaluationmethods;49.1%of the students agree with unified standard evaluation and based on personalprogress situation assessment two checking methods of combining the evaluation methods.
