The Plight Of The Korean Nationality Landless Peasants' Rights Protection

In recent years,China's urbanization process has entered a new stage of rapid development.With the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization,large and small cities have launched a "enclosure expansion" in full swing.A large number of urban surrounding land,especially urban and rural areas and suburban agricultural land was levied as urban construction land.Urbanization,the need to continuously expand the scale of the city,the demand for land also increased.In the case of land requisition policy and social security system,some rural farmers can rely on land value and get huge land acquisition compensation,and through the "withdrawal of the village" and become urban residents,thus completing their own"urbanization." This part of the landless peasants,while emotionally leaving the generation of land,but also harvested a huge economic benefits,not only a substantial increase in living standards,farmership can also be changed.It is true that this maximization of economic benefits and political interests is only an ideal destination for landless peasant groups in the context of land expropriation,and not the norm.Because of the imperfection of land requisition system and the chaos of land interests,there are still many social problems caused by the lack of protection of farmers' rights and interests in the process of land expropriation.The collection of agricultural land has endangered the survival and development of some peasants,and separated the emotional support of the peasants' groups to the land.To a certain extent,the confrontation between the landless peasants' groups and the urbanization expansion has hindered the advancement of the urbanization process.Therefore,in the process of urban expansion in the emerging marginal groups and social problems need to be resolved.In the northeastern part of our country,the contradiction between the landless peasants and the landlessness of the landless peasants was also unreasonable.But the community on the scattered Korean farmers landless peasant groups of interest demands and attention is not very high.I believe that the study of the problem under the perspective of sociology should be based on the basis of social facts,with a unique perspective to analyze the typical case,and then to see the small problem for the study to bring a broader perspective.The problem of landless peasants is a long-standing social problem that the community has always been concerned about.In my opinion,the problems caused by the landless peasant community and the plight of this group,both the same common and there are regional,ethnic and other factors brought about by the differences.Based on this,this study uses the research paradigm of sociology,combined with case analysis and microcosmic interpretation,so as to make a more detailed discussion on the characteristics of landlesspeasant groups.In this paper,the Korean residents living inhabited areas-Shulan City,Jilin Province,Y village as the field,to Y village of Korean farmers as the object of investigation.On the basis of field investigation,this paper summarizes and summarizes the relevant theories and methods of ethnology-anthropology and sociology by obtaining first-hand information.Based on the field theory of Bourdieu and the logic of Olsen 's collective action,this paper further analyzes the dilemma and rights activists of Y village farmers and explores the differences and characteristics of the rights activists of the Korean people in scattered places.Korean village in the wave of urbanization has its national characteristics,in the city expansion and the process of the demise of the village,it is because of this feature and thus derived a more representative of the plight of the interests.Ethnic minority areas of the existence of the limitations of the field,scattered ethnic minority farmers have a unique "delocalization" attribute,leading to the interests of the group is not uniform,in the face of the interests of the lack of interest in the interests of the spokesperson,so the interests of landless peasant groups can not agree,Effective expression.This paper aims to investigate the characteristics of the rights dilemma faced by the landless peasants in the scattered areas by investigating the land requisition process and the latent latitude and longitude of Y village,and analyzing the interests and demands of the landless peasants.And further provides the theoretical basis and empirical analysis for the study of the rights of the Korean people in the diaspora.
