With the quality of life of the Chinese people and the improvement of citizens pay more and more attention to their own health level.Found in recent years in college students' physical health survey,the obese population is increasing year by year.This not only affects the health of college students,but also affect their learning and life,and even the future employment.The body fat the rate is most accurately reflect the degree of obesity indicators,but because of the limitation of test instruments,body fat rate is not easily measured.Therefore,this paper takes Liaoning Normal University 1052 non professional sports and professional sports men and women as the research object,in the discussion by bioelectrical impedance measurement of body fat rate and various body Based on the correlation between body shape index and evaluation index,a simple regression model for calculating body fat percentage of college students was established.Results:1 whether boys or girls,students between sports and non sports professional Laurel index,Levi index,Brock index does not exist significant differences(P>0.05),only Ktole index has a very significant difference(P<0.01).2 Body fat rate and Levi index of sports specialized male has the highest correlation coefficient(r=0.958,P<0.01);non sports specialized male body fat rate correlation coefficient and Levi index(r=0.863,P<0.01);the highest fat girls sports professional rate correlation coefficient with the highest BMI(r= 0.870,P<0.01);rate of body fat and BMI female non professional sports has the highest correlation coefficient(r=0.909,P<0.01).3 Body fat rate and Levi index of boys of the highest correlation coefficient(r=0.893,P<0.01),followed by Laurel index(r=0.885,P<0.01);body fat rate and BMI index of girls has the highest correlation coefficient(r=0.880,P<0.01),followed by Levi index(r=0.873,P<0.01).4 boys body fat rate and various morphological evaluation index to establish regression model determination coefficient R2 >0.6,linear regression line fitting is better,and the Levi index determination coefficient of the highest,the best fitting.The female body fat percentage and body shape evaluation index to establish regression model determination coefficient R2 >0.7,linear the regression line fitting is better,and the BMI index determination coefficient was the highest,the best fitting.Research conclusions:1 the body fat rate calculated by Levi index is the most representative of male obesity,and the body fat rate calculated by BMI index is the most representative to evaluate the obesity of female students.2 the regression model of calculating the body fat rate of male students is Y=4.7X-92.6(X: Levi index);the regression model of calculating female body fat rate is Y=1.54X-8.05(X:BMI index).3 the regression model test,regardless of boys or girls,the regression model is called body fat rate and bioelectrical impedance method of measuring body fat rate is no significant difference,indicating that the regression model is reasonable and effective.
