Sandplay therapy is a popular psychotherapy technique.In recent years,this technique is widely used and extended from children to adults and groups,related to the family,schools,companies and other fields,especially there have been a significant effect in the treatment of special groups,interpersonal relationships and negative emotional intervention and other aspects,but,there is little research on the intervention of college students in academic procrastination.This study uses Integrated Sandplay Therapy,combines the theory and methods of other psychotherapy techniques,uses the dynamic Soduku technique to conduct a comprehensive analysis of sandplay works,guides visitors to face their own problems,and deep reflection on their own,to achieve the purpose of self-healing.Therefore,the aim of this study is to explore the effectiveness and applicability of integrated sandplay therapy for college students' academic procrastination.In this study,experimenter conducted stratified proportional sampling towards 120 college students in Liaoning Normal University,surveying Procrastination Assessment Scale-Students,a total of 115 valid questionnaires were collected,the recovery was 95.8%.The data analysis has showed that the students whose score is 36 or more are candidates.According to the voluntary principle.11 people participated in this integrated sandplay therapy intervention study.We perform individual sandplay treatment for one typical person for 10 times,another 10 people were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,The intervention group were conducted integrated sandplay therapy for eight times,the control group does not engage in any intervention.Through the comparison of the results before and after the intervention,the analysis and the effect evaluation of the sandplay in the intervention group were used to verify the effectiveness and applicability of the sandplay therapy in the academic procrastination intervention towards college students.This study draws the following conclusions:(1)The effect of integrated sandplay therapy in individual on academic procrastination of college students is effective and applicable.After the intervention,the subjects of academic procrastination score significantly reduced.With the intervention went on,the sandplay works' theme and the self are positive changes.(2)The effect of integrated sandplay therapy in group on academic procrastination of college students is effective and applicable.After the intervention,the academic procrastination score in the intervention group was significantly lower than that before the intervention.With the intervention went on,the sandplay works' theme and the self are positive changes.
