College students,as independent individuals,need to communicate with others constantly in their study and life,and establishing good interpersonal relationships has become the basic skill for college students to survive.Social anxiety has a high incidence among college students and is one of the most common psychological problems of college students.Social anxiety not only affects the emotional state of college students,but also affects the autonomic nervous function of individuals and affects the normal study and life of college students.Therefore,it is very important to study and intervene the social anxiety of college students.Group sandplay therapy is a psychological technique based on Jungian analytical psychology.Members put sand and toys in the "free and protected space" to complete the production of the works of the box,freely exert their imagination and express their inner feelings,and exert their self-healing power to achieve the therapeutic effect.In recent years,group sandplay therapy has been widely used and achieved good therapeutic results.The purpose of this study is to understand the present situation of college students’ social anxiety through questionnaire survey,and then to intervene college students with social anxiety through group sandplay therapy,and to study the effect and stability of intervention.The conclusions are as follows:1 、 The detection rate of college students’ social anxiety is 19.62%,and the overall level is high,which needs attention.2、There are significant differences in social anxiety of college students in gender dimension.3、There are significant differences in social anxiety of college students in the dimension of whether they are only children.4 、 There are significant differences in social anxiety of students in grade dimension.5、The social anxiety test group has significant differences before and after the test,and the score of the post-test is significantly lower than that of the pre-test.Group sandplay therapy can effectively intervene the social anxiety of college students,and the intervention effect is stable.6、Group sandplay therapy has a good effect on relieving college students’ social anxiety.After the intervention of group sandplay therapy,members’ sandplay works have changed from negative to positive.
