Teachers shoulder the inheritance and innovation of human culture,the professional level of teachers is directly related to the quality of teaching.It is the responsibility of the educational research workers to meet the professional development needs of rural junior middle school physics teachers and to improve the professional development level of rural junior middle school physics teachers.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to pay attention to the professional development needs of rural junior middle school physics teachers and to promote the improvement of teachers' professional level.The questionnaire is based on the content of the "Standard for Middle School Teachers(Trial)" promulgated by the Ministry of Education.On the one hand,22 questions are set up from the professional concept and the three dimensions of ethics,professional knowledge and professional competence;On the other hand,from the training point of view,for the rural junior high school physics teachers on the training content,training methods,training teachers and other training elements need to set 14 questions.A total of202 rural junior middle school physics teachers were investigated.The survey was conducted by 102 teachers and students of Puyang County,Changyuan County,Xingyang City(county),Gongyi City(county)and Henan Teachers' Program From the province of 100 rural junior high school physics teachers.After investigation and analysis,it is found that the professional development needs of rural junior middle school teachers have the following problems:(1)there is an imbalance in the professional development needs of teachers;(2)5-10 years of rural junior high school physics teachers on the professional concept and the needs of teachers is low;(3)physical teacher's ability to reflect on the need to further improve;(4)rural junior high school physics teachers demand for professional knowledge is not balanced;(5)junior high school physics teacher's professional ability is low;(6)the level of information technology in rural junior middle school physics teachers is generally low.Based on the above questions,the author analyzes the reasons behind the problem through the interview method,the main reasons are as follows:(1)the burden of teaching teachers is too heavy,so that work and learning in conflict;(2)rural students learning the foundation is generally poor,so that the professional development process of teachers blocked;(3)the training effect of rural junior middle schoolphysics teachers is not obvious;(4)less cooperation between teachers;(5)rural physics teachers professional development is not strong sense of autonomy.Based on the above problems and the causes of the problem,this thesis puts forward the following countermeasures from four aspects: educational administration level,school organization and management level,teacher training department and teachers themselves.(1)the education administrative departments need to establish a sound service teacher professional development mechanism of operation,to accurately determine the training content,to increase the professional needs of professional services teachers to invest in hardware investment;(2)the school should establish a physical teacher professional development studio,give full play to the leadership of the principal,to help the physical teachers to seek self-value for the professional development of teachers to develop appropriate planning;(3)teacher training departments need to improve the teacher demand-oriented training design for the professional development of physical teachers to provide a wide range of training content and a wide range of training methods to ensure the timeliness of training results analysis;(4)teachers should establish the concept of lifelong learning,strengthen self-reflection ability,and constantly enhance their own ability to resist.
