Under The New Curriculum And Measures Of Rural Junior High School Language Teacher Professional Development

21 century is the age that fills with competition and challenge. The challenge is educational competitive in the final analysis. Our country is a large agricultural country. The educational quality of rural junior has decided the overall level of basic education greatly, in which, the qualities of Chinese education and Chinese teachers are always the focus of national solicitude.The basic educational reform being key with new course have put forward new requirement for the professional quality of rural Chinese teachers. However, The special field development of them is not optimistic. Changing the rural Chinese teaching present situation of junior high school, raising the professional quality of them, promoting the sustainable development of its professional level have become raising the rural educational quality of junior school, carrying the urgent task of education for all-around development. This paper is based on developing present situation for rural Chinese teachers professional quality and investigating special field foundation. According to basic condition of the rural Chinese teachers of junior school and the knowledge and suit of them for new course, the professional training on the job and the condition of continued education, the development of teaching resource and teaching equipment, influence rural Chinese teachers professional development, and the analysis of many questions, I have put forward the strategies which promote the rural Chinese teachers' special field to develop from the angle of Chinese teacher training. The first, strengthen the Chinese education reform theory training. The second, strengthen the pertinence and the practicability of the Chinese continuing education and specialized training. The third, in teaching base develop the training in themselves school and promote the rural Chinese teacher specialized level sustainable development. The fourth, from the interior inspiring to exterior strengthening, offer rural Chinese teachers special field space and platform of growing up and create condition for their special field. Practices proof these strategies have certain feasibility and realistic meaning.
