Our countryestablishes middle school examination system of sports in order to enhance students' physical quality,which makes students developed physically and mentally and promotesphysical education of middle school to develop at a high speed in the meanwhile.The implementation of the middle school examination sports which was a kind of effective way will play a vital role in regard of motivating students to participate in sports andtake exercise actively,enhancing physique,will,self-quality and cultivating good habits of sports exercise.Since 22 years ago,Xinxiang middle school sports examination systemhas been always promoting the healthy growth of teenagers comprehensively and continuously and makes the system perfect and developed.This paper sets Xinxiang middle school sports examination project as the research object.Xinxiang middle school sports examination is analyzed under healthy vision,which makes comprehensive andhealthydevelopment of the students and the middle school sports examinationclosely linked and blends the view of students and teachers on examination project.Earnestly implement the health-first guidingideology toreachtherequirementsofstudents' comprehensive and healthy development.Whether analyzing the project settings is beneficial to enhance students' physical quality,mental health and the development of the life-time sports consciousness and training concept.At the same time,utilizing the national students physical healthy standard,sports and healthy course and XiangQun training theory and other related theories to make further analysis on the development of students healthy notion in the new stage,providing some references for future selection of Xinxiang middle school sportsexamination.From the above,the main conclusions could be summarize as follows :1.Withrespect to the project of skills selected test,the number of examines of Xinxiang city whochoose the football dribbling project is 4 times as those who choose the basketball dribbling project in 2016.Beyond that,the rating standard of soccer dribbling is too low.2.In 2016,the 12 schools that was surveyed,most of their PE class is conducted around the middle sports examination,numerous physical education classes of them even became the learning of middle school sports examination and the practice of courses.3.How much students like the project,and providing more skill class projects that could be chosen by themselves can help them to keep exercise after the examination,cultivating lifelong sports consciousness and habits.4.Integrating and analyzing the projects that students are interested in and the data that how many teachers expect to be assessed,we could know that badminton,table tennis,volleyball are chosen at a relatively high ratio by the students and PE teachers and has the projects of objective preconditions to be carried out.5.Withelectiveexamination + compulsory examination + universal examination,we could effectively avoid unhealthy phenomenon that students subjectivelychoice the unnecessary assessment project in slack condition.
