With《the view of CPC Central Committee strengthen youth sports and enhance adolescent physical》,《The Supervision System of Physical Education Work (Trial)》《, Physical Education Working Regulations》and other programmatic documents have been introduced, which marks the national attention of the physical education. Improve the evaluation system, enhance teaching quality , So that students can better master the sports skills, and improve the motivation of learning, change the status that the students love sports but do not love the class of physical , and to lay a solid foundation of lifelong physical. It is the object of middle school physical education and the object of students and teachers under sports evaluation mechanism. With the development of the physical test in middle school, and continuously updated teaching. How to improve the Physical education in middle schools of xinxiang, So that students could learn sports skills in physical education and at the same time to achieve the standards to receive the further Education, and benefit their lifetime, which is new challenges faced by the Middle school physical education and physical examination . this paper use literature and survey methods, from the status of physical examination items and physical education in xinxiang, the value of physical examination and the goal of the physical education, analysis the physical and mental development of middle school students. The study result are:The most leaders of the junior high school in Xinxiang city only pay more attention on the item in the entrance examination, while ignoring the content of physical teaching and the training of the students'quality education. At grade three, most schools take the item of the entrance examination as the content of teaching; students do a lot of practice, so students feel the class lacking vitally, and the content single. There are differences between the students and teachers of the satisfaction with the physical trial. Most students couldn't understand the real objective of the physical trial, but students still practice actively for the entrance examination, because students entrance the better school only through the higher score. Though students got higher score, which doesn't helpful to forming the consciousness of lifelong physical.Most junior school take the tradition physical item as the content of physical teaching in Xinxiang city, so the new physical item couldn't popular in most school. The junior physical teaching existing phenomenon that school pay more attention to the practice while ignoring the theory, so the theory class is very less, and students understand little knowledge of health and hygiene. At the grade three, the content of junior physical teaching absolutely is the physical trial items, the single teaching content reduce the positive of the students and not helpful to achieve the goal of junior physical teaching.The carry out of the physical trial affect the normal development of the physical teaching. At the specific practice, teachers not understand the aim of the physical trial and the goal of the physical teaching. The physical trial item break up from the physical teaching that not helpful to the carry out of physical trial and prevent the development of the physical teaching.Therefore, we could combinate the physical examination items and physical education content, to improve student motivation, and the development of school sports.
