With the development of the times,the concern of education,more and more experts will be the line of sight from the focus on teaching results gradually shift to focus on teaching process,from improving the classroom efficiency of teachers to start.The study of teachers' classroom teaching behavior is the most effective means and method to improve classroom efficiency.In this study,the "classroom observation-classroom video-classroom text record analysis-classroom waiting for teaching behavior coding-waiting for teaching behavior sub-research-to draw conclusions and outlook" as the basic research model.The main purpose of this study is to meet the current mathematics teachers in the classroom anxious,did not leave the students waiting time and the students think about the time.Teachers do not have the time to wait for the importance of waiting for students to learn,and even stay 1 second to cultivate students thinking there will be great benefits.In the era of exam-oriented education,teachers are often easy to ignore the importance of classroom waiting behavior,teachers may stop and wait,students will give you an unexpected answer.Based on the analysis and reference of the research on classroom waiting behavior of domestic and foreign expert mathematics teachers,this paper chooses the expert mathematics teachers of Hangzhou as the research object under the support of the theory of positivism and behavioral psychology.,According to the three types of classes to classify,each class has two expert mathematics teacher lectures,to find expert mathematics teachers in teaching the same class about the common behavior of waiting,through the above basic research model to study experts The characteristics of waiting behavior in the classroom of mathematics teachers and the enlightenment to us.The innovation of this research is to subdivide the waiting behavior of teachers in mathematics classroom,which is mainly divided into six kinds of waiting behaviors to carry on the research,respectively record the waiting time of various waiting behaviors,through the research of the expert mathematics teacher waiting behavior Mathematics teachers pay enough attention to classroom waiting behavior,not only to understand the importance of waiting behavior in their own mathematics classroom to reflect the actual operation.Through this study I have come to the following conclusions:1.Expert type teachers according to different types of classes and the type of question waiting for the time is not the same,to give the appropriate waiting time,to develop students' mathematical thinking.2.Expert teacher first waiting time and second waiting time flexible switch,ask the first waiting time longer,encourage students to think about special attention to the second waiting time,so that students have time to reorganize and add their own knowledge structure,solid their own The basis of mathematics.3.Experts wait for a variety of behavior,attention to waiting for behavior,encourage students to participate in the creation of the situation,with their own minds to get all the forms of knowledge.4.Expert teachers are good at "decentralization",the use of discovery-style teaching,to allow students to ask questions,teachers wait for guidance,training students to identify problems and solve problems.Students ask questions and think,name students to answer questions,increase classroom fun.5.Expert teachers have a better time concept,can pay attention to the individual differences of students,the real realization of individualized teaching.6.Expert teachers reasonable control invalid waiting time,increase the efficiency of the classroom.
