The teaching behavior will be assigned teaching purpose.And purposefully controlling teaching behavior play an important role in improving the efficiency of the mathematics review course.The waiting behavior,which is one of the important teaching behaviors,has a very important impact on students' classroom participation and students' learning outcomes.Through the analysis of the classroom waiting behavior of novice teachers and expert teachers,the author finds that there are problems in novice teachers waiting for behaviors,and combines the characteristics of expert teachers waiting for behaviors to make recommendations for the professional development of novice teachers.This article is composed of three parts.In the first part,through the observation and thinking of the waiting behavior of teachers' teaching,we use the method of literature analysis to analyze the feasibility and define the concept.In the second part,through the reference of other research,the research method is determined and the related scale is formulated.In the third part of classroom video through the same topic for novice teachers and expert teachers of the same grade eight review class,classroom record,quantitative information,and the use of statistics,the use of Excel for data analysis,the novice teachers and expert teachers waiting behavior characteristics.Research shows that,in the junior middle school class,compared to the novice teachers,expert teachers in the management of problems on the allocation of more waiting time;the number of questions is more general,waiting for a longer period of time,at the same time for each assigned waiting time is more uniform.According to the research conclusion,the suggestions are as follows: the new teacher in junior high school class,the novice teachers should ask more waiting,at the same time,in the class can properly use some management problems of the management of students,for memory problems should be multi distribution point waiting time for the students to remember the knowledge.
