As a special group to disseminate knowledge and skills,Chinese Professors plays a continuous creativity on the stage of the teaching and scientific research.As a new rised concept of positive organizational behavior field,Job Thriving measures the degree of individual progress and growth by measuring the level of employees'vitality and learning experienced.As a psychological experience of promoting positive energy,Job Thriving is an important source of Individual Innovation Behavior.The concept of Job Thriving stems from self-determination theory,which emphasizes the important role of environmental factors in motivating employees'intrinsic motivation,and the work environment also influences individual creativity.So,the mechanism of Job Thriving can be explored from the perspective of Personal-Environmental Fit.In view of this,this study based on application model of Job Thriving--"social embeddedness model".On the basis of existing research,with empirical analysis,try to analy the influence factors of Job Thriving and their influence on individual innovation behavior from the perspective of P-E Fit.Build"environment-emotional/cognitive-behavioral\" research framework model to verify the mediate effect of Job Thriving between P-E Fit and Individual Innovation Behavior.In order to find ways to improve the individual thriving level of professors,and to provide theoretical reference for stimulating innovative behavior of professors.First of all,this study summarizes the literature about the three variables related to Job Thriving,P-E Fit and Individual Innovation Behavior,extracts the relationship between the three variables,constructs the theoretical model and proposes the research hypothesis.Then,based on the valid questionnaires datas obtained from 20 universities in Jilin,Shandong,Liaoning,Beijing and other places of the 287 college professors,using AMOS 17.0 and SPSS 17.0 statistical analysis tool to do the confirmatory factor analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis,and verify the hypothesis.The results of this study show that:1)P-P Fit and P-J Fit have a positive effect on Learning and Vitality;2)Learning has a positive effect on Individual Innovation Behavior,Vatality has a positive effect on Innovation Activities and Innovation Will;3)P-J Fit has a positive effect on Individual Innovation Behavior,P-P Fit has a positive effect on Innovation Will and Innovation Achievements,P-G Fit has a positive effect on Innovation Activities;4)Learning plays a partly mediation between P-P Fit,P-J Fit and Individual Innovation Activities.Vitality plays a partly mediation between P-P Fit and Innovation Will,Innovation Activities.Meanwhile Vitality also plays a partly mediation between P-J Fit and Innovation Will.Finally,this study discussed the result of the analysis,and put forward corresponding Management inspirations.This research conducts the research from the micro level of managers' behavior and professors' individual innovation behavior,explore a scientific and reasonable management mode and incentive measures,to arouse their enthusiasm of innovation,improve innovation ability,enhance innovation performance,which is a great practical significance for promoting the construction of innovative universities.
