For exploring the cultivation of innovation capability and the teaching behavior ofChinese teachers in Middle Schools of Yuan-cheng District, this thesis tries to adopt samplingrandom methods to take60Chinese language teachers in middle schools as the sample objectof study.By adopting the methods of literature, questionnaire survey method, interview method,observation and other research methods, the study aims to improve the Chinese teachingquality in secondary schools in underdeveloped regions, and effectively train the Chineselanguage teachers for Middle schools and education departments in Yuan-cheng District basedon the several aspects of planning, organization, implementation, management, evaluation andguidance, expecting to offer a reference for the innovative study and innovational educationalpractice of our country in the future.The study shows that the basic understanding of the cultivation of innovation capabilityof Chinese language teachers in Middle Schools of Yuan-cheng District is appropriate,positive and acceptable. The development of Chinese language teachers’ creative teachingbehavior is imbalanced, under this circumstance, the study suggests that we must train andbuild a good team of innovative teachers in order to effectively promote the innovation abilityof students. Three suggestions were put forward from the three following aspects, that is,Theoretical support, policy support and strengthening the environment construction.Firstly, we should help middle school Chinese teachers to further enhance theirinnovation capability.Secondly, we should strengthen the guidance and training of innovative teachingstrategies.Thirdly, we should continuously stimulate middle school teachers’innovative motive.
