The "world Internet summit" of ZheJiang let the world attention,which proves that mankind has entered the age of Internet,in 2014.In 2016,Xi Jumping,on the "summit"once again reiterated the related issues of the Internet.In this environment how to construct the network moral management mechanism and platform of keeping pace with The Times,improve the level of the people network moral tutelage,green Internet,civilized Internet,Internet security,this is the problem to be solved.Especially for growth in the middle school students is Paramount.Nowadays the network popularization makes teenagers tested.Adolescent Internet addiction problems,problems of nonstandard network platform,the network moral education the problem of the missing,and so on phenomenon are serious impact the physical and mental health of adolescent development.Application of computer and network technology in our country starts late,but development speed very quickly.Under the rapid development of network technology operation,exposed many problems related to network ethics,with the rapid development of technology does not match.In this paper,the junior middle school students this group level investigation of network ethics,to deepen the research on the subject of network morality.The paper as literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method for study.First of all,through the literature method has sorted out the related research at home and abroad of network morality;Second,by issuing to the junior middle school students network moral status of the research questionnaire ",a middle school of three grade 375 students conducted a questionnaire survey,and using SPSS 18.0;the following conclusions:(1)the different grade,the different gender significant difference exists among middle school students' network moral level;(2)different family background of middle school students' network moral level significant difference;(3)the school network moral education,parent-school cooperative and emotional deviation was associated with a significant network moral level;In view of the problems,put forward the following countermeasures:(1)to establish the school network moral curriculum system,enhance the students'network moral knowledge;(2)establish a parent-school cooperative moral management system,develop the students' network moral quality;(3)using the platform of network morality,cultivate the students' network moral sentiment;(4)strengthen the moral self-restraint ability,form the online behavior of civilization.
