As the saying goes:" to do a good job,must first sharpen his",professional competitive aerbics athlete must pass at least two years of training system,to achieve their professional calisthenics athletes physical ability required.Competitive aerobics is divided into four groups:A,B,C and D,and C is the most used in international competition.In this paper,we explore how to proceed from the Angle of pilates bed,the bed of pilates training of competitive aerobics athlete' s physical quality and special technical strength and quality of difficult movement to complete the influence of three indicators,namely on the subjects through pilates training-pilates intervention of the bed,study the role of pilates bed in competitive aerobics training,to increase the difficulty of competitive aerobics complete quality methods provide new ideas and means,for the promotion of the development of athletic calisthenics provide a relatively complete theoretical basis and practical reference.This paper USES the methods of documentation,expert interview method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method of competitive aerobics athlete group C difficult movement to complete the impact of the quality of the theoretical analysis and experimental research.In Zibo hong into 20 member of youth art sports center as the experimental object,the indicators before the test result according to the experiment subjects can be divided into the experimental group and control group,the significant difference test,there was no significant difference in both groups,on this basis,for the experimental group 8 weeks of pilates training bed,normal control group adopted traditional strength training.After the experiment was completed,the results were tested again,and results were analyzed statistically by SPSS18.0 in the two sets of test scores before and after the experiment.Research conclusion:after eight weeks of pilates training bed,the experimental group athletes all the indexes were higher than the control group,showed the pilates training of the bed to improve physical quality,diffculty of special technical force and complete quality etc have a positive impact,the expermental group and control group of traditional strength training to implement the pilates bed of special training for each index increase slowly to the body,but for the athletes' physical quality,diffculty of special technical force and complete quality index has also improved,three explain pilates training of the bed is generally special power has the advantage,can give full play to stimulate athletes deep small muscle group,is as far as possible to highest level of sports ability of athletes.
