Relationship Between College Students' Sport Motivation And Exercise Addiction Research Reprort

Along with our "national fitness program outline" and the implementation of th "sports law of the People' s Republic of China",and constantly improve people' s living standard,more and more are also constantly improve,demand for sports fitness fever in society public opinion guidance under the sports learning environment has been improve,the number of people take part in physical exercise consciously,conduce to the development of undertakings of physical culture and sports.However,active participation in sport the same time,also because of the excessive pursuit of health causes such ad exercise addiction,there is not enough people know the degree of exercise addiction,even fewer are aware of this leads to blind people to exercise and harm to health of body and mind,but this problem didn' t get enough attention in the society.Based on the yanbian university students as the object of investigation,in order to exercise addiction of yanbian university students as the research object,to explore the relationship between college student' s sport motivation and exercise addiction.Study mainly adopts the literature material method,interview method,case analysis,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics method.Questionnaire form from the "social demographic characteristics","sports motivation","exercise addiction" three parts,through the investigation to carry on the simple access,and the four representative sports addicts in-depth research and analysis,mathematical statistics method mainly used in the project analysis,T test,factor analysis,variance analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis,to explore the relationship between the college students' sport motivation and exercise addiction.The "sports motivation",college students' sports participants with different and sport and sport motivation exists significant difference,and different age,grade and specialty and sport motivation there was no significant different.In terms of "exercise addiction",different gender and grade significant differences with the exercise addiction,and different ages,professional and sports and exercise addiction,there was no significant difference.Between the sport motivation and exercise addiction correlation analysis and regression analysis of sports motivation and exercise addiction exist positive correlation,have mutual prediction effect.As college students to participate in the movement appearance motivation,motivation,fun health motivation and motivation of social motivation and ability enhancement,the degree of college students will also increase.
