A Research On The Core Competency Of Ideological And Political Course And Its Cultivation About High School Students

The development of economic globalization and informationization has put forward new requirements for citizen's core competency.According to Opinion,issued by China's Ministry of Education in 2014,efforts must be put to cultivate the core competency of students different each period and discipline accomplishment of every subject.The Opinion further guides reform of the country's high school ideological and political education.As a compulsory course in high school,Ideological and political course carries the important mission of moral education.Therefore,the cultivation of competency of Ideological and political course for senior high school students education in China is of great significance for globalizing Chinese education,implementing education policies,helping the sound development of students and realizing the goal of teaching effectiveness.Employed with research methods such as literature research,system analysis,questionnaire,interview and teaching practice,this study discussed the connotation of the core competency of Ideological and political course in high school and the evaluation system,and based on which to evaluate the discipline core accomplishment of high school students of current stage.Finally,this paper put forth the cultivation method for core competency in accordance with the existing problems in current teaching.Learning from the international,domestic research scholars,the author here constructed and elaborated the structure of core competency of ideological and political education from perspective of connotation,the characteristics of the discipline.The paper explored the method for core competency cultivation of ideological and political education based on the evaluation results and existent teaching problem,thus providing support for improving related regulations and offering platform for cultivating core competency of ideological and political education to high school students.In addition,the paper also offered suggestions on the discipline core competency cultivation in high school from the perspectives of self-promotion of teachers and education and teaching reform.
