With the development of society,most of people approve the concept of win-win cooperation.As the gradual promotion of the new curriculum reform,a future teacher of high school ideological and political discipline should think the issue about how to improve the core competency of this subject with cooperative learning.This is a key part to discuss that the subject is how to shoulder the responsibility for cultivating students'key competency and quality.The paper first introduces the connotation of core competency and cooperative learning,and analyzes the functions from four aspects according four core competences of this subject.Next,through the methods of action research?literature review?classroom observation and survey research,the paper analyzes the application effect of cooperative learning for improving the core competency of the subject by taking the teaching record of the creation and realization of value.Then according to this analysis,the paper discusses the main problems and reasons,and gives some optimization measures.This paper mainly discusses them from four parts:The first part is the effect on the application of cooperative learning for improving the subject's core competency.So first the part introduces the connotation of core competency.Core competency is aimed to transform knowledge into the ability and literacy to adapt to social development in the future and help students carry out their goals.Then the paper analyzes the connotation of cooperative learning:It refers to teaching organization form that forms a cooperative group for interactive aid learning according to cooperative standards in order to complete common tasks and achieve certain educational goals,and emphasizes the characteristics of cooperative learning with the core literacy of this subject:valuable contents;multiple ways;students body and teachers guide.This part is focused on analyzing the effect on the application of cooperative learning for improving the core competency of the subject from four aspects:cooperative learning method is meaningful for value guidance,speculative analysis,rule awareness and practical activities that can improve four subject core competences.The second part is a teaching design about the creation and realization of value and according teaching process,the author carried out the teaching activities in practice school.In the classroom teaching,the author combines the core literacy of the subject,focuses on cooperative learning methods,and uses multiple teaching methods,that students are integrated into the classroom,and the classroom atmosphere is active,and so with cooperative learning method,the core literacy teaching goals set in this lesson have been basically achieved.The third part,according problems in teaching,explains the specific reasons from teachers,students,and society by combining literature,classroom observations and the current status of teaching implementation in the second part of this article:Teachers have insufficient theoretical reserves and experience for the core literacy of the subject;The individual development of students is variable;The social environment is changeable and traditional exam-oriented education is influencing it.The fourth part,according above problems and reasons,proposes targeted optimization strategies that take the cooperative learning method as the goal to improve the core competency of the subject.The aim is to help the cooperative learning method to realize its educational value well of improving the core competency of the subject.
