The fostering of morals and the cultivation is the fundamental task of ideological and political education.The main task of the high school ideological and political class to implement the requirements of that task is to cultivate students' political core competency."General High School Ideological and Political Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition)"(hereinafter referred to as the "New Curriculum Standard")clearly defines the four core competencies of high school ideological and political subject.The core competency of high school ideological and political subject has become a hot topic in theoretical research.This article focuses on how to cultivate the core competency of high school ideological and political subject.The main content of the first chapter is an overview of the core competence of the ideological and political discipline.First,analyze the origin of core competence,and introduce in detail the transformation of training objectives from "dual base" to "three-dimensional goal" to "core competence";Progressive derivation,pointing out the differences and connections between them;Finally,according to the analysis of the four major qualities of the core competence of the ideological and political discipline,it is concluded that it has the basic characteristics of politics,ideology,times,and practice.The main content of the second chapter is to analyze the training tasks of the core qualities of high school ideological and political disciplines.Through the study of ideological and political classes,students' behavioral abilities are enhanced,their social responsibilities are enhanced,and the talents required by the times are cultivated for society.That is to train highschool students to be Chinese citizens with strong political positions and correct political consciousness;Chinese citizens armed with science and scientific thinking;Chinese citizens who abide by discipline and law and have the concept of the rule of law;actively participate in public affairs and social management Chinese citizens participating in the spirit.The third chapter is an analysis of the current status of the cultivation of core literacy in high school ideological and political disciplines.Explain the problems in the current teaching from five aspects,and analyze the reasons for these problems.In terms of teaching goals,it emphasizes intellectual education and despise moral education,which leads to unclear teaching goals;in terms of teaching content,it emphasizes the content of teaching materials and underestimates the development of resources,which leads to incomplete teaching content;,Leading to inflexible teaching methods;in the aspect of teaching evaluation,attach importance to the evaluation of results,and underestimate the training process,resulting in rigorous evaluation results;in the aspect of teaching reflection,attach importance to the teaching effect,and underestimate the requirements for themselves,leading to in-depth teaching reflection.The main research content of the fourth chapter is the training path of the core competence of high school ideological and political disciplines.Starting from the teaching system of ideological and political courses,systematically analyze the cultivation path of the core competence of ideological and political disciplines in terms of setting scientific teaching objectives,rationally integrating teaching content,updating teaching methods in a timely manner,innovating teaching evaluation systems and normalizing teaching reflection.The research in this part aims to provide some practical suggestions for high school ideological and political teachers in the teaching process of cultivating students' core competence.The research in this thesis takes the core competence—conceptual interpretation—basic characteristics—cultivation task—cultivation status—cultivation path as the research idea,and strives to provide some useful reference and inspiration for the cultivation of the core competence of high school ideological and political subjects.
