Vocational education is an important part of the education system.Meanwhile it is one of the most closely related types of education in relation to economic and social development.China attaches great importance to vocational education with the rapid development of science and technology society.How sustainable development is undoubtedly a prominent issue.Scientific and reasonable full-time teacher assessment system is one of the effective means to inspire teachers.This article takes Beijing H vocational high school research object.The status of the full-time teachers' evaluation system is analyzed by using the questionnaire and expert interview method.The author found that the examination of the existence of full-time teachers assessment structure unreasonable and so on.According to the above problems the construction of the evaluation system of Beijing H vocational high school full-time teachers was carried out by combining literature law,expert interview method and expert scoring method.The system not only has the incentive function to the teacher,but also has the function of sustainable development to the school.The innovation of this paper is a full-time teacher assessment system which highlights the vocational,technical,practical and service advantages of Vocational schools.Meanwhile,the evaluation system has set the weights for the practice,operation,demonstration,training guidance and professional skills innovation of full-time teachers.
