Our national attention to higher education has gradually increased in new century,and the universities' development is becoming more and more internationalization and marketability.Thus the teachers have been facing a lager challenge to the changed career environment.However,In the current education system,schools pay more attention to the organization's development and students' training,and they usually ignore the teachers' career development.The teachers can't effectively meet their needs of value realization,some teachers even don't have clear career goals,and they stuck in a bind of career development.The satisfaction degree of career development is restricted by the state,region,industry and other conditions.Foreign countries have a larger number of researches on influence factors of career development,but those researches pay less attention to the faculty in universities.Our country starts researches on the career development theory late,thus there is a lack of research on the university teachers.Therefore,this article selects the university teachers as research community,to explore the influence of the organization factors on the satisfaction degree of teachers' career development.Firstly,this paper designs interview outline and research questionnaire by literature review and professional suggestion,then collects relevant data.Secondly,in order to measure the factors that affect satisfaction degree of teachers' career development,this paper designs a comprehensive measuring system,selects 32 indications,and divides the organizational elements into seven dimensions,such as teaching scientific research environment,organizational climate,academic freedom,career development support,organizational identification,organizational leadership style,and management rules.Thirdly,this paper examined the divisions' rationality of organization elements through factor analysis,and regression analysis,and then the paper explores the impact of organizational factors on satisfaction degree of teachers' career development.The results show that the organization element is a multi-dimensional concept;the overall score of organizational factors had positive influence on the degree of satisfaction of teachers' career development,as well as each dimension of organizational elements.The results are tested by reliability test and validity test,and the results are relatively stable.Finally,the paper summarizes the research and prospects the future research.
