Teachers are the most important human resources in universities, which determine the scientific research level, college talent training quality and social service level. The thorough and system study for the turnover intention of college teachers is helpful to discover and avoid the blind area of teacher management in time, thus effectively arouse the enthusiasm of university teachers, improving teachers' sense of belonging and satisfaction to the college and their organization, avoiding the dominant and recessive erosion of teacher talent team, ensuring the stability of teacher talent team, and improving college running level and teaching quality, promoting college's survival and development.Currently, study about influence of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on leaving tendency focuses mainly on enterprises. Large study found that job satisfaction and organizational commitment are the important factors that affect employee turnover. However, the empirical study for the tendency of college teachers'turnover is very few, empirical research for the specific college's turnover tendency is fewer.This study based on the existing research results, with Beijing Forestry University as sample, taking individual variables, job satisfaction, organizational commitment as independent variables and the turnover intention of teachers for the dependent variable, constructing the model of Beijing forestry university teachers'turnover factors, to investigate the key factors affect Beijing forestry university teachers. Through the questionnaire and interview of Beijing forestry university, using SPSS software to do statistical analysis of survey data, to discover the influence of all dimensions of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on teachers turnover. At last discusses the key factors influencing the turnover intention of Beijing Forestry University and gets the standard regression equation.The results of the study show that: 1,The average value of teacher's turnover intention is 2.36, lower than the theory value2,Leader management and support, emotional commitment and normative commitment is the significant influence factors for teachers' turnover intention; the standardization of regression equation is:turnover intention=-.274* continued commitment-.426* emotional commitment-.191* leadership management and support;3,Teachers have the highest satisfaction to the working group, the lowest to salary; normative commitment is the highest, continuous commitment is the lowest;4,Different population statistics variables have no significant difference in the turnover intention, job satisfaction and organizational commitment in demographic variables have significantly difference.
