Research On Problem Of Super Middle School In He Nan Province

Since twenty-first Century,our society has entered into the stage of comprehensive development,which has certain requirements for different levels of social fairness and justice,but in many fields at present are unfair phenomena in different degrees,the most typical is the education fairness problem.Education as the basis for national development and social progress,promote the fairness of education is the process of the party under the leadership of the construction of socialist harmonious society must complete the task,to ensure that the education fairness is not only a requirement for sustainable development and people-oriented concept of development is the key to promote the premise of social justice.Promoting balanced development of education is the core concept of modernization of education,and relates to the whole strategic problem of education development in the whole period.But in recent years,due to the pressure of college entrance examination,a number of "super high school" in the country to rise rapidly,"super high school" phenomenon in our country is more and more prominent,and some problems existing in the "super high school" has attracted wide attention of the society.How to eliminate the disadvantages of "super high school",rationally locate the "super high school" problem and how to optimize the development path of "super high school" are all the urgent problems that need to be solved in the current study of balanced development of education in china.Based on this,this paper takes Henan province "super high school" as an example of its emergence and development,by means of questionnaire survey and empirical analysis to analyze the existing problems,and discusses the causes of these problems appear,to the end of its development to put forward the improvement suggestions,promote the balanced development of education in senior high school.This article mainly adopts methods of questionnaire survey and empirical analysis,through the study of Henan province "super high school" of basic education fairness,destruction of ecological balance and regional education oriented education intensified and influence the students’ mental development and other aspects of the problem,to solve these problems,this paper also probes into its causes.On this basis,this paper puts forward some strategies to solve the problem of super high school,the first should be better to reform the current college entrance examination system,we can change the education concept and adjust the structure of education the way to achieve this goal;the second is with the government departments should be better coordinated,optimize the allocation of resources,through the selection of the way to take into account how far educational equity,mergers and acquisitions and effective restraint of super high school;the third is to promote school education should return to standard,explain quality education to promote the construction of legalization and institutionalization,gradually reform education evaluation idea to establish the "value-added evaluation standards;fourth to ignore the whole society rational view of elite effects,curb the one-sided pursuit of enrollment rate the concept,so as to make people more objective look at the" super high school ",to enhance the education of our country are Heng development.
