Language is the most important tool for human communication,along with the rapid development of economy and information technology,the global integration process is accelerating,which requires us to master a foreign language with other countries or regions to exchange.Xinjiang is now in a stage of rapid development,and it is in the important strategy of the great development of the western region,so it is facing new opportunities and challenges.In this context,the importance of English and the popularity of English have gradually improved,and the number of people who study English and use English has also increased.Whether you are traveling abroad,studying abroad,or working in a foreign enterprise,or communicating with foreigners,you need to use English.You see,English is very useful.Minority students in order to lay a good foundation for their future,in addition to master the language of the nation and the national language-Chinese,but also must learn foreign languages.Since the 90s of last century,some minority bilingual experimental classes in Xinjiang have offered English as an elective course and taught English courses for minority students.However,in recent years the investigation about Minority English education is very few,therefore.I think that English learning of ethnic minority students in Xinjiang,to study the existing problems in their English learning is very necessary.In this paper.Qapqal observation grade third middle school grade seven,eight and grade nine bilingual classes of Uyghur junior school students as the research object,carried out a survey of English learning situation of the students,combined with the observation,interview and literature research methods Qapqal County Uyghur junior high school students' English learning situation and the existing problems are analyzed,and to find out the corresponding solutions and strategies,hoping to provide some experience for the development of Xinjiang minority students in foreign language teaching.The first part is the preface,which mainly introduces the research background,research significance and purpose,literature review at home and abroad,the definition of relevant concepts,research methods and research design.The second part is the investigation and Analysis on the current situation of English learning in bilingual classes of Uyghur junior school students,this part includes the basic situation of Qapqal County third middle school and bilingual class of Uyghur junior school students English learning status of the investigation and analysis,through questionnaires,statistical data and find out the existing problems.The third part is to discuss the main problem of Qapqal County Third Middle School Bilingual Class of Uyghur junior school students in learning English and causes that exist.The fourth part is to analyze the strategies and methods of improving the English learning quality of Uygur junior high school students in bilingual classes.The fifth part is the conclusion,summarizes the main content of the full text,and draws the conclusion.At the same time,this part also points out the deficiency of this research.
