In this article,using of the literature,questionnaires,telephone interviews method,the penetration status of food safety in the high school biology teaching is studied from the following aspects.1.The definition of food,food safety,food safety education at home and abroad were defined,but also on the domestic and international food safety events,food safety education status analysis.2.Through the questionnaire survey of southern Shaanxi Province,six high school institutions 1,800 students conducted a survey of food safety status.The 1559 questionnaires obtained from the survey were recorded and analyzed by Excel and SPSS 22.The analysis shows that the knowledge of food safety in middle school students in southern Shaanxi is generally poor,and the food safety behavior and attitude have a larger space for improvement.Through the investigation also learned that: the level of students,whether it is the only child,like the type of science and other aspects of food safety knowledge differences;student school location,monthly living expenses,areas in the food safety knowledge,attitude,practice three dimensions were significant difference;The student's food safety attitude is related to the student's gender.3.Through the telephone interview on the southern Shaanxi part biological teachers were interviewed,analysis shows that: the biology teachers in southern shaanxi are affected by the study,in the actual teaching will not deliberately penetrate food safety knowledge of students,and teachers of food safety events The degree of concern has yet to be improved.4.This article analyzed the feasibility of food safety in secondary schools,analyzed the relevant food safety knowledge in biology compulsory textbooks,and puts forward some teaching principles and teaching strategies in combination with the new curriculum standards.Teaching principles such as: the principle of life,practical principles,etc;Teaching strategies:fully understand the value of food safety in secondary schools,enhance teachers' moderninformation technology and food safety knowledge reserves,seek a variety of teaching models,improve students' food safety awareness behavior etc.The study shows that food safety education is to convey knowledge of food safety to students,so as to continuously improve students' food safety behavior,establish students' awareness of food safety and improve students' food safety.Biology and daily life are closely linked,combined with the characteristics of biology,food safety-related knowledge can penetrate through the biology,both to achieve the goal of improving students' food safety and quality,but also to enable students to better biological knowledge and real life.To improve the efficiency of biological classroom teaching to a certain extent,for the teachers and students in southern Shaanxi to carry out food safety education provides an important reference value.
