Unhealthy eating and drinking behaviors are closely related to chronic diseases and cancers.Reasonable diets have important effects on people's health,work,and learning.Knowledge of food safety and nutrition is the basis for reasonable diet and consumption,so it is necessary to teach food safety and nutrition.As the susceptible population of foodborne diseases and chronic diseases,students are the focus of food safety and nutrition education.To understand the impact of food safety and nutrition penetration education on food safety and nutrition knowledge,attitudes and behaviors in high school biology classrooms;to improve the nutritional status of students,to correct students' dietary habits,and to improve students' food safety and nutrition the degree of emphasis of this study was carried out by the author of this study to investigate the level of food safety and nutritional knowledge,attitudes,and behaviors of 865 students in the second year of the practice school.Then,based on the students' nutritional status,food safety and nutrition knowledge,attitudes,and behaviors,100 students from two classes in the second grade were given food safety and nutrition infiltration education.Finally,food safety and nutrition knowledge level,attitude and behavior were evaluated before and after practice and the results of the comparative study were as follows:(1)From the survey results of senior high school students on food safety and nutrition education,we can see that the schools in the region are still paying more attention to food safety and nutrition education,but the effectiveness of teaching needs to be improved;students' level of food safety and nutrition knowledge is low;their attitude toward food safety and nutrition ownership is more positive.However,students' initiative to obtain food safety and nutrition knowledge need to be improved;students' degree of emphasis on food safety and nutrition is insufficient,and students' nutritional status has certain problems.The student's dietary structure is irrational and dietary habits need to be corrected.(2)For food safety and nutrition of infiltration education problem-based learning is adopted in biology class,the direct-viewing teaching method and the Story-Based Approach such as enlightening,fun,can stimulate students' interest in learning,enhance students' learning initiative teaching method,is well received by the students,the students showed that like the teacher in the classroom about food safety and nutrition related knowledge and instance,like the interaction of teachers and students,think that active classroom learning atmosphere than ever before,and I hope the teacher in the classroom is multi-purpose teaching video and pictures,more hope teachers in the process of teaching case or some wonderful story.(3)After the food safety and nutrition penetration education was conducted in the biological classroom,the students' food safety and nutrition knowledge level,attitude and behavior were evaluated.The students' food safety and nutrition knowledge level,attitude and behavior were significantly changed.This shows that it is feasible and effective to conduct food safety and nutrition penetration education in the biological classroom.
