Objective: taijiquan is a traditional Chinese sport with a long history and a wide mass base.With the progress of The Times,competitive taijiquan has presented its own visual charm in the sports field with its unique form,among which the difficult movements have become an important basis to realize the standardization and quantification of scoring.Intervention can be more accurate grasp of modern technology difficulty of taijiquan movements related indicators,through the analysis of the indicators to explore the related factors influencing the difficulty action and completion,as to improve and build athletes action is an important theory basis for quality evaluation,which provide estimation reference for scientific training,especially for athletes at the grass-roots level training more guiding significance.Tai chi chuan put lotus 360 degrees by lift knee independent suspension of coding for 323 B + 3 B difficult action,complete is difficult,by exploring the time characteristics of difficulty in the process,the body center of gravity height and speed,Angle of each joint characteristics such as regularity,and lower limb affect the action of the main muscle activity,integral electrical values,muscle force in order to master the technical main point,thereby promoting athletes quickly grasp the technical movement,prevent the unnecessary injury.Methods: through the methods of literature,experiment,interview and mathematical statistics,this paper studied the independent movements of 360 degree knee lifting in aerial swing lotus,and divided the independent movements of 360 degree knee lifting in aerial swing lotus into three stages and seven characteristic positions.Results: 1.When standing naturally in the take-off stage,the feet should be as wide as the shoulders.The maximum cushioning time for the squat is 24 degrees for the right hip and 35 degrees for the left and right knee.2.The combined velocity at the moment of take-off is basically the velocity on the z axis,while the velocity on the x and y axis is basically zero.3.The flying height of high-level athletes is 0.53 m and the flying time is about 0.62 s.4.The order of lower extremity muscle activity and active exertion is right tibial anterior muscle,left tibial anterior muscle,left femoris internus muscle,left gastrocnemius muscle,right rectus femoris muscle,right gastrocnemius muscle,right femoris internus muscle,left rectus femoris muscle.Conclusion: 1.When standing naturally in the take-off stage,the feet should be as wide as the shoulders,and the body should turn slightly to the left when pre-squatting.2.When taking off from the ground,extend the legs evenly and approach the vertical take-off.3.When flying in the air,the left hand should not be stagnant.After hitting,the right foot should press down vertically to reduce the horizontal speed and increase the stability of landing.4.The right tibialis anterior muscle exerted the most effort during the sequence of lower limb exertion.
