Study On The Correlation Of Father's Involvement And 3-6 Years Old Children's Self-care Ability

Family is exposed to the first place after the child was born,where is a small world that is made up of father,mother and the child.Father as the child's guild leads them to the outside world,who has an important influence on their cognition,emotion,Social development and so on.It can be known that father plays a unique role in the growth of children,which is mother can't replace.Father is a representative of the rules,and children's self-care ability is the most basic skill that helps children adapt to the social life,which is the first step for children to live independently.Therefore,this research explored the relationship between father's involvement and children's self-care ability,found the problem and put forward some reasonable education suggestions,thus promoting the self-care ability of young children.This research studied 304 children aged from 3-6 years old and their fathers as research objects,using literature analysis to explore the research theory and progress of father's involvement and children's self-care ability from home and abroad and lay a solid theoretical basis for this study.Through the questionnaire survey to understand the state of father's involvement and the development and characteristics of children's self-care ability.Through data analysis,analyze the relationship between father's involvement and 3-6 years old children's self-care ability.The conclusions follow as blew: First,father's involvement lays particular emphasis on some dimensions.Second,there is a significant difference between father's involvement and children's age.Third,father's degree of education has an impact on father's involvement in the aspect of information acquisition.Fourth,there is a significant difference between the dimensions of father's involvement in life care,rules to teach,the growth of father and father different monthly income levels.Fifth,there is a significant difference between the dimensions of father's involvement in model demonstration,information acquisition development planning and father different vocations.Sixth,the dimensions of children's self-care ability develop unevenly.Seventh,girls' life self-care ability is significantly higher than boys'.Eighth,the development of children's self-care ability presents a growth trend with the increase of children's age.Ninth,there is a significant difference between children's self-care ability and father's age.When father aged 41 years or older,children's self-care ability and self-learn ability have decreased,but children's self-communicative ability have further improved.Tenth,there is a significant difference between father's involvement and children's self-care ability,with the further regression analysis,the results show that father's involvement can predict children's self-care ability significantly.Put forward the following suggestions about father's involvement from father's own role and the external supported environment: First,fathers consciously increase the degree and quality of involvement and pay attention to the cultivation of children's self-care ability.Second,improve the external support environment,making fathers have time and energy to promote the development of children's self-care ability.
