The family is the first place after the birth of children,it is a small world the father, mother and children together composition.But in daily life, the mother is often considered as dominant in early childhood education, in fact, the father in the early childhood education and mother have the same important role. Although the importance of people to father had experience and understanding, but no action. Qinhuangdao in Hebei province in this study, 297 kindergarten children and his father as the subjects, from three dimensions(interactive, accessibility, accountability) of father involvement to investigate their effects on children’s peer interaction ability.Results showed that:1, there were significant differences between father’s education, income differences and father involvement in parenting.2, infant’s ability to peer exchanges, there were significant differences in gender, girls peer intercommunion ability is significantly higher than boys partner skills.3, father involvement in parenting and children’s peer interaction ability that there was a significant correlation between father involved in parenting interactivity factor and accountability factor, initiative and ability of children who are social, verbal and nonverbal communication ability, and pro-social behavior has significant positive correlation; No significant correlation with social barrier factor. Father involved in parenting accessibility factors, and children’s peer interaction capability of verbal and nonverbal communication ability, the pro social behavior of these two factors, a significant positive correlation; Initiative and ability of children who are social factors had no significant correlation.
