Martial arts is a bright pearl,age,bearing the national spirit,before learning martial arts,to cultivate the body and mind,in the inheritance of national culture,shaping the quality of the people learning Wushu,Wushu can match the social adaptability of college students,its role in other sports is not comparable.The purpose of this study is to give some theoretical and practical significance.This study combines empirical research and theoretical analysis,with the help of quantitative and qualitative research methods,and comprehensive application of logical analysis,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics analysis and other research methods to carry out analysis and discussion.This paper takes Wushu education as an entry point,selects lu dong university college students as the research object,investigates the influence of Wushu education on their social adaptability after Wushu education,aims to explore the relationship between college students' social adaptability and Wushu education,so as to give their own strength to the implementation of Wushu education activities and to cultivate the social adaptability of college students.The results show that: Wushu education gives college students the opportunity to communicate with each other,so that the students can get along harmoniously so as to improve their communicative ability.Wushu education can make students have good will quality,and has obvious promoting effect on the cultivation of college students' bearing capacity.The spirit of Wushu in Wushu education is difficult to compete with other projects in promoting and cultivating the social adaptability of college students.Wushu education is effective in improving the social adaptability of college students.Based on the above conclusions,this study believes that college Wushu education should strengthen its own educational function,so that college students generally recognize that Wushu education can improve their social adaptability,and should pay attention to the cultivation of cultural confidence in national traditional sports culture,so as to maximize the active role of college students in Wushu education;University should pay attention to the construction of Wushu culture atmosphere,pay attention to the students related knowledge of martial arts culture,Wushu teachers should lead by example,actively attract students to participate in martial arts education activities;College Wushu association and other related organizations,give full play to their respective advantages of resources,focus on the related martial arts education activities,can often host some martial arts exchanges,to provide a wide range of martial arts enthusiasts to display their own platform,not only to promote the development of martial arts projects,but also set up their own strengths,to the public appropriate martial arts routines to create,or a confrontation project,to the development of martial arts to add color;It is suggested that the relevant researchers pay more attention to the research of Wushu education to promote the adaptability of college students,so as to promote the orderly development of Wushu education activities,so as to combine better with other projects to promote the development of college students' more comprehensive and healthy.
