With the development of communication technology,mobile phone has become an indispensable communication tool in life.In recent years,due to the rapid development of smart phones,mobile phones are becoming more and more powerful;especially the Internet is more convenient,faster and more popular than the traditional network.Now,almost everyone has a cell phone and even has more than one mobile phone.In the life,we can see “Smartphone Addicts” everywhere.Whether they communicate with each other,view news or go shopping,just a mobile phone can easily get.Our life has been changed because of the smart phone,but the negative impact caused by excessive dependence on the phone has become increasingly prominent.Nowadays,more and more students come into the campus with their mobile phones.Students using mobile at younger ages and using their phones to access the Internet brought about negative effects are becoming more and more obvious.Due to the unique characteristics of secondary vocational school students,the negative impact of excessive playing the phone is more prominent.Many students are addicted to playing mobile phone and lose themselves in the network.They play phone when they are eating,having classes,sleeping,even walking.Unhealthy use of mobile phones occupies the students a lot of learning time,resting time,activity time,especially affects the students' lives and learning,and it also affects the ideal,belief,value orientation,ways of thinking,personality development of the students.At present,in most vocational schools,the students could not control themselves to play mobile phone has become a new problem faced by the school and how to take reasonable and effective measures to guide has also become a hot topic of common concern of the whole society.In this paper,I take Shandong province Laiyang health school students as the research object,using literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method to understand the current situation and basic situation of mobile phone addiction among secondary vocational school students,and try to clarify the harm of mobile phone addiction;according to the actual situation of the secondary vocational school students and the influence factors at different levels,I systematically analyze the causes of the mobile phone addiction from two aspects of subjective and objective;based on the relevant theory,in view of different types of mobile phone addiction,intervention strategies are put forward from school,family and society,and I expect to be able to guide the students using the mobile phone correctly and reasonably,and help them get rid of mobile phone addiction as soon as possible.
