| Mobile phone addiction is currently very common in colleges and universities,it seriously affects the physical and mental health of college students.Domestic studies on mobile phone addiction have found that the detection rate of mobile phone addiction among Chinese college students is as high as 22-32%.Therefore,attention must be paid to the phenomenon of cell phone addiction among college students.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the influence of mobile phone addiction on college students and the intervention methods.Mindfulness has received widespread attention as an effective method to correct addictive behaviors.Mindfulness is a convenient and highly feasible intervention method.Therefore,mindfulness training has been widely used in the field of medicine and education as a new intervention method.This study aims to explore the influencing factors of college students ’mobile phone addiction,the effect and mechanism of mindfulness intervention on college students’ mobile phone addiction.Formulate effective and effective mindfulness group counseling program for college students’ mobile phone addiction intervention program.In this study,a total of 596 college students were surveyed in a college in Xi’an by means of convenient sampling.The mobile phone addiction index(MPAI),five-factor mindfulness scale(FFMQ),Pittsburgh sleep index scale,and attention The control questionnaire,self-control scale,positive emotion and negative emotion scale(PANAS),academic achievement attribution test(MMCS subscale)were investigated and analyzed,and 24 subjects with high mobile phone addiction were screened out.The subjects were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 12 people in each group.The experimental group undergoes eight weeks of mindfulness training once a week for 90-120 minutes.Perform routine mental health education interventions on the members of the control group.After completing the eight-week training,the two groups were tested with the same scale,and the obtained data was analyzed and processed through Excle2007 and SPSS23.0,and the following conclusions were obtained:1.Analysis of college students’ mobile phone addiction and demographic statistics show that the detection rate of college students’ mobile phone addiction has significant differences in grades(P <0.05),and the detection rate of college students’ mobile phone addiction issignificantly higher than that of other grades It can be seen from the data on the degree of college students ’addiction to mobile phones and their academic achievements: the higher the index of college students’ addiction to mobile phones is,the lower the test score is,and the lower the grade ranking is.College students suffering from cell phone addiction are more likely to have lower test scores and lower academic rankings.2.Comparing students with high and low scores on mobile phone addiction: In addition to differences in academics,students with low mobile phone addiction have higher levels of mindfulness and better sleep quality.High mobile phone addicts;low mobile phone addicts are more likely to perceive positive emotions;in academic attribution,high mobile phone addicts are more aware of the role of learning ability,but also easier to attribute the reasons for good results to Luck and the outside world.3.Correlation analysis of mobile phone addiction and mindfulness among college students: the lower the level of mindfulness,the more serious the addiction to mobile phones;the different dimensions of mindfulness have different effects on various dimensions of mobile phone addiction;In the sense of out-of-control and inefficiency,mindfulness training promotes the individual ’ s ability to accurately describe personal reactions and focus on the current,prompting individuals to adopt a non-judgemental attitude to thinking and feeling,thereby regulating the peace and stability of their own emotions and improving their own cognition.The reasonable development of the ability just fits the uncontrollability and inefficiency of mobile phone dependence.It is likely that the mechanism of action in the five dimensions of mindfulness is perceptual action and non-judgment.4.After mindful intervention group counseling,the objective data analysis of the experimental group and the control group and the subjective feelings of the test members showed that:mindfulness intervention group counseling has a significant effect on reducing the degree of college students’ addiction to mobile phones.In addition,to a certain extent,improve the attention and self-control ability of college students.5.Although the improvement of college students’ mobile phone addiction can be started from various aspects such as individuals,families and schools,for college students who are just beginning to rely on themselves,reducing their addiction to mobile phones is the most core andthe most critical one.ring.College students should establish the concept of correct use of mobile phones and avoid excessive and inappropriate use of mobile phones. |
