Higher vocational colleges as an important part of higher education in China,assuming the important task of training national high-skilled talents.Social fields under the new situation puts forward new requirements for skilled personnel,not only should have solid knowledge and skills,but also have good competitive consciousness,the will to bear hardships and stand hard work quality,and the spirit of struggle.This needs courses in higher vocational colleges,based on social development and students’ physical and mental development,put forward the reasonable teaching goal,set up scientific teaching content,the selection and use of scientific and effective teaching methods,improve teaching environment,and develop scientific and reasonable evaluation system,to train qualified personnel needed by the society.In this paper,the author on the basis of previous studies,using the method of literature,questionnaire investigation,data statistics and logical analysis,the different aspects of Tangshan industrial vocational and technical college Sanda course has carried on the investigation and study,and put forward the optimization measures,so as to improve the Tangshan industrial vocational and technical college Sanda teaching effect and quality,promote the student’s body and mind development of the adapted to social provide a good theoretical basis.By studying the following conclusions:(a)the Tangshan industrial vocational and technical college sanda teachers’ age structure,good teaching attitude is good,is advantageous to the sanda teaching smoothly.Degree is not high,but the sanda teachers title is low,research status and special skills need to be improved.(2)of the Tangshan industrial vocational and technical college students is hobby for sanda movement,high interest,motivation is good,the better to the overall level of teacher evaluation,is very beneficial to the development of wushu free-boxing.However,the student to the sanda sports value function,exercise methods such as cognitive level needs to improve.(3)the optimization of teaching target,to earnestly implement the goal of the new outline requirements,and unit,points of class and tactics in detail,promote students mastery of sanda technique,also can promote students’ physical and mental development,promote personality formation and the cultivation of good character.(4)the optimization of teaching contents,on the basis of the technical teaching,payattention to the improvement of the students’ psychological character,set up some appropriate to improve students’ interest in learning,cultivate character of sanda tactics,and arrange the appropriate practical content.In addition,the arrangement of sanda course content to students’ employment ability training oriented,arrange to adapt themselves to the course content,thus promotes students to improve their abilities.(5)the optimization of teaching methods,in addition to using the traditional methods of explanation and demonstration to improve students’ knowledge and skills,should also be appropriate choice and improve the students’ psychological,promote students’ personality formation,to improve students’ social adaptation ability of teaching methods,so as to cultivate the social needed talents.(6)because of the higher vocational colleges students active,PE course learning interest is higher,intangible environment such as learning atmosphere is good,therefore,the optimization of Tangshan industrial vocational and technical college teaching environment,primarily the optimization of physical environment,including the sanda venue construction,sanda equipment update and improvement,etc.(7)the optimization of teaching evaluation,pays great attention to tactics for the students to master,learning attitude,physical quality,and on the basis of the theory of knowledge,pay attention to students’ affective expression,that is the will of students quality,the spirit of solidarity,positive evaluation,at the same time,the construction of evaluation system,also want to follow the principle of distinction between,make all the students can obtain physical and mental health development,the introduction of "rank in" and reasonable use,can better promote the cultivation of the students work hard,positive and enterprising spirit.
