In the context of the fourth industrial revolution,the production and application of new technologies have made the production of knowledge much faster and more frequent.Enterprises should keep up with the development of the times,not only to introduce new technology,new knowledge of talent,but also the need for staff retraining.Hunan Sany Industrial Vocational and Technical College(Sany Engineering College for short)is an enterprise university founded by Sany Group,which undertakes the function of training the global staff and serving the ecological chain.With enterprise digitization and the realizat ion of 300 billion strategic goals,the existing training system can not meet the needs of development,urgent need to optimize and improve.Through reading a large number of literature on personnel training and training,this paper,under the guidance of the construction of relevant theories of training system,takes solving practical problems as the starting point,and adopts such scientific research methods as literature research,interview,field investigation,etc.,the main problems that need to be solved are the unclear orientation of training responsibility,the lack of brand project,the unsatisfied training demand of teachers,the uneven quality of project delivery and the slow progress of training digitalization.At the same time,Sany Group’s different strategic objectives put forward higher development requirements to Sany Engineering College.This paper designs the optimization scheme of training system from the aspects of market-oriented training management mode,training quality design,lect urer development and incentive system,entire process management and training quality and business digital training management process.Based on the strategy of Enterprise and the principle of closely combining the training needs and current situation of o rganization,post and learners,this paper puts forward a feasible solution to the obstacles that may be encountered in the implementation of the plan,from the support of management,supporting system,organization and personnel,resources and other aspec ts of security measures.This study will contribute to the overall optimization and upgrading of the training system of Sany Engineering College,with a view to enabling the training of Sany group talents and the growth of enterprises,and achieving the go al of business performance of the Enterprise University,for the same kind of Enterprise University Training System Construction and operation to provide reference and reference.
