Outward bound has its origins in World War II,initially to improve physical fitness,ability to survive as the main objective of military training.In this mode of training during World War II played a very important role,after the second world war to expand the training to their unique training methods and creativity was quickly promoted.Now the model has been developed to improve enterprises and employees,school teachers and students ' mental and physical quality of training methods.Is level in the four stages of the curriculum students participate in,motor skills,physical health,mental health and social adjustment a clear interpretation of the goal.Which clearly states that the student body position,focusing on enhancing the students ' interests in sports,students a strong will,a spirit of cooperation and interpersonal skills,and lay the Foundation for lifelong participation in sports for the students,promote all-round development of students' physical and mental health.But on currently junior high school students sports and health teaching quality view,to reached above class standard in the of requirements,so,to wants to real improve students of physical and mental health quality,on have efficient of using good PE,effective of will quality expand training introduced to junior high school sports courses resources in the,and select a appropriate of teaching mode,developed perfect of courses design,and evaluation standard is a both theory value,and has significance of topics,it not only meet middle school students itself of development need,Is also in line with the reform of physical education curriculum requirements.Because of outward bound in an experiential teaching methods,learning to hone students ' difficulties in the course of willpower and fostering students ' healthy psychological qualities and positive attitudes towards life,strengthen the students ' sense of team,better participation in the completion of the curriculum,sports skills,physical health,mental health and social adjustment of five field goals.Based on the theory of expand training teaching,finding quality development training-related books,and from the author's personal experience and teaching practice of the collation,analysis,research,teaching physical education and health curriculum in junior middle school.Confirmed the expanding training to improve comprehensive quality and effect of physical education curriculum has a significant impact,is one of the effective ways to reform of school physical education,particularly for students under the new curriculum standard of mental health,two aspects of social adaptation has very important significance.Paper first from experience type teaching starts with,respectively from source,and concept,and teaching content,aspects on junior high school students expand training theory for argument and explained,and from teaching experiment angle starting,to Yi experiment middle school,and Yi Huidong middle school,and Yi in the sea middle school,and Yi Xiling middle school,and Yi easy water middle school,and Yi Yu British middle school six by middle school for research object,using literature information method,and questionnaire survey method,and teaching experiment method,and experts interview method,research method,on junior high school students carried out expand training teaching for has theory analysis and experiment research,To draw the following conclusions:Yi County junior high school teachers and students to develop understanding of the training,but no schools and expanding training courses and the Organization of training activities.According to Yi junior high school teachers and students to develop the outward attitude,time,term and to carry out the survey,that support teachers and students in PE teaching in schools for training.According to yi County middle school physical education teaching,teachers,venues,training projects,venues and equipment needed for the project,junior high school,Yi's own favourable conditions,analysis of the willingness to expand training of teachers and students,come to the classroom in the teaching of physical education in junior middle school,Yi training is necessary and feasible.Experimental results show junior high school physical education and health curriculum of training,students ' physical quality test results and traditional physical education on students ' influence is not much changes,but to expand the training to improve students ' mental health and social adjustment,partly to fill the shortage of traditional physical education.Students ' enthusiasm and team spirit in the experimental group than in the control group,students ' mental health and social adjustment,teamwork,and from the testing results are significantly enhanced.After training for junior high school students,in the experimental group and the control group test scale and parts of physical fitness testing index is significantly different due to the lack of experimental conditions and the technical aspects,physical exercise improving the quality is significantly better than in the control group,it remains to be seen.Through experimental research results as well as survey results see outward bound course in junior middle school is a time requirement,is feasible and necessary.Junior high school stage of students are in fitness and psychological quality development of gold period,this stage carried out quality expand training not only adapted has contemporary middle school students development of need,rich has education courses of content,increased has more items teaching means,and students to adapted new of learning requirements,active change himself efforts meet courses of need,learning to has new knowledge,and new method,and gradually perfect middle school stage of cognitive level.
