Study On The Influence Of Outward Bound Training On College Students' Psychological Quality

With the expansion of college enrollment and the surge of college graduates,the Ministry of Education announced that the 2018 college graduates in China are expected to reach 8 million 200 thousand.The employment situation of college students is still grim.Under the intense competition pressure,the modern society has been improving the quality of all aspects of college students.Besides the good professional quality and professional standard,the healthy mental quality is attracting more and more attention in the society.But college students with the only child in the family,grew up in the transition period from planned economy to market economy,affected by the internal conditions and external conditions of family,social life and academic pressure,value orientation of the contemporary college students have changed a lot,exposed a lot of psychological problems,they are immersed in a little self in the world,the lack of interpersonal skills,and lack of cooperation consciousness and the spirit of hard-working and anti frustration ability etc..In recent years,all kinds of reports about college students' psychological weariness.such as weariness,violence and crime are common.How to improve the psychological quality of college students has become an important topic for ideological and political education in Colleges and universities.The introduction of extended training provides a new perspective and way for college students'psychological quality education.Outward bound training is based on the theory of many modern disciplines.It develops various projects and links,pays more attention to the cultivation of students'psychological quality in content setting and training form,rather than inculcation of professional knowledge.The expansion of the training,to set up a variety of training programs,can exercise the ability of students,including interpersonal communication,teamwork,creative potential psychological factors are included,it is helpful to cultivate students' psychological quality,make students form a positive attitude towards life,effectively compensate for the deficiencies of the traditional ideological and political education in the aspect of students' psychological quality.The purpose of this paper is to make theoretical and experimental analysis on the influence of outward bound on College Students' psychological quality through literature,interviews,experiment and mathematical statistics,and provide theoretical basis and empirical support for expanding training and introducing ideological and political education in universities.This paper mainly includes five aspects:first,we elaborate the background and significance of the research,and analyze the research status of outward bound in the training of College Students' psychological quality,and the two is related to outward bound and psychological quality.The related concepts and theoretical basis are summarized,which include the theory learning theory and the theory of social theory,educational psychology theory and management;three is the expansion of the object and method of research and training of College Students' psychological quality,clear the research object,research method and statistical method;four is to expand the training of college students the psychological quality of the results of the analysis,not only analyzes the basic situation of the psychological quality before and after the experiment,and analyzed the influence of expand training on College Students' interpersonal skills,self-care ability and cultural environment adaptation ability and willingness to express the ability of psychological quality of each concrete aspect;the five is a summary of the main content summary of this research and conclusion,and around expand training in mental health education of college students how to use are analyzed.
