Research On The Problems And Countermeasures In The Application Of Electronic Timer In The End Of The Track And Field Events

End point camera electronic timer(electric timing)as one of the indispensable equipment to today's high level track and field competition,can directly and accurately identified the athlete's ranking and performance,to ensure the fair and efficient competition.However,in practice there are many problems,which greatly affect the accuracy of performance,destroys the fair competition environment,hinder the track and field sports to the scientific,the development of informatization.This paper intends to study on the use of electrical timing based in Hebei Province in track and field events,the use of the process,problem analysis,and strive to find solutions more perfect,improve the use of electrical timing in track and field,help the development of track and field in Hebei.This study first from a theoretical perspective camera end point development electronic timing equipment,through the investigation and study status of Hebei Province Track and field project end point camera electronic timer,using the method of literature,interview,field investigation,in-depth analysis of the Hebei Province Track and field project end point camera electronic timer problems in the application process and put forward coping method.Through this study,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The problems encountered in the process of debugging before the end of the game are hardware,software,and zero start testing.The hardware includes an external power supply,timing start start device,camera shooting,equipment connections of the connecting line,solve the problem of taking one by one investigation and re installation and operation method,hardware damage need timely maintenance and replacement;software problems including timing software operation,image acquisition image accuracy,software compatibility,operation of computer system software,to solve the problem of integrated debugging,when necessary to re install the timing system and computer system.Zero start test problem,the referee should always keep communication between the test,cooperate with each other to identify the test points,at the same time,pay attention to protect the camera equipment is not touched,ensure the accuracy of the collected image.(2)The problem of the terminal electronic timer in the game is that the timing device does not trigger self start,the timing device does not start,the acquisition image is not clear,and the image interpretation result can not be sent.To solve the problem to solve is mainly the influence of natural and artificial factors,causes and reasons of site equipment,electric time by viewing the contestants of the overall operation,the weather changes,athletes and referees and other related conditions,in order to determine and solve problems.The referee should pay attention to the team in the match,the referee at any time to maintain communication,coordination and cooperation.(3)The end point in the process of using electronic timer camera itself is not familiar with the work principle of electric timing,can operate the equipment,the referee between with no understanding,no timely communication problems.Each group of referees in the game before the training and site practice should be carried out through the referee to improve the coordination between the referee and improve the understanding of the game should be done in collaboration with each other,and timely communication to solve problems.
